My son bought me ******** LED Trunk Accent Swoops for my 2012 ***** Goldwing from ***** *****s for Christmas on 12/8/22. I had total knee replacement and was unable to get them installed until 7/3/23 at which time the left light did not work. Call to ***** ***** and they could not return them as it was past 90 days. They said it sounded like it was defective and to call ********. I called them which was now sold to Tucker House of Brands and had to file a claim on line, which I did. This product does come with a limited warranty of 1 year. It was purchased on 12/8/22 for $214.64. They are telling me now after numerous messages back and forth that they have none in stock and were reaching back out to ***** *****s after me telling them they could not help me. I'm getting a big runaround on this and no resolution from them. Their address is Tucker House of Brands, *******************************************************************************. Their phone number is **************. I also previously contacted a phone number of Kuryakyn at **************. I am only wanting to have a new left side Swoop replaced as the right side does work. I really don't want to have to take both sides off the bike as it could possibly damage the trunk of the bike as it is on with double sided tape but if I have to I will to settle this. But they aren't even giving me any options. And won't even return emails or anything. My hands are tied now. I just want a working light and if they aren't getting any more then I'd like to have a refund since it is defective and not working at all on the left side of the trunk. I have enclosed the sales receipt from ***** *****s, a picture of the box it came in and a copy of the warranty that was included with the item. Please help with this. It's disturbing that I have so many of their items on the bike and this is the type of business they are now operating since being sold. It will be my last purchase from them. Thank you for your time.
