We received an invoice in March, paid them for the printing services. Then they ran a duplicate charge in ***** **** agreed it was an error and would refund our money. However, they have not and refuse to respond. We were charged an extra $1650.

White Tree Printing reached out via phone and email about an opportunity to participate in a local hospital discharge bag campaign. We were charged $1,650.00 to have our company logo added to the bag. This was in December 2022. Since that time, I have phoned over 10 times with no return call, sent emails, etc. We have not seen anything as of today 8/22/23. The website address is invalid. I believe this is a scam, ****** learned. Never pay up front! Ironically, after I sent an email stating that I was going to report them to the BBB and Attorney General, I received an email stating the bags were in production and it would take 6-8 weeks to produce. I doubt it will ever happen. Additionally, the hospital knows nothing about it. Looks like from those that have complained here, they've made over 15k on this scam. I'm sure there are many more out there that just haven't made it to the BBB yet.

Company said they were doing some advertising for a local hospital. Our logo would be placed on a discharge tote bag. Paid them $1,567.50 for the exclusive right to be included in this amazing offer. As others have experienced, no product was ever produced. They quit returning phone calls or emails. When I called the local hospital they, of course, had never heard of White Tree printing. Total scam. Embarassed that I fell for it.

Received a phone call from this company pretending to be a rep from the Hospital interesting in doing an advertising collaboration for the community. After a payment of ***** was rendered, no receipts was given as promised which raised a red flag. After calling to follow up, no answer was. The phone rings straight to voice mail. This is definitely a fraud.

I was sent an email from "*******" who claimed to be working with a local hospital and gave us the opportunity to do some advertising on "discharge bags." The payment needed to be through "White Tree Printing". After I paid, the product was never received. I have called and emailed for a refund, with no luck. Attached you will find the receipt of payment.

We paid this company $1,472 October 13th via our corporate Mastercard credit card, to display our company name and logo on hospital discharge bags at ******************** ****************** NHRMH (**********, **); they were supposed to be used at the hospital in January 2023; since then they have not provided any bags nor returned my calls or emails. Looks like there is very similar complaint on this BBB profile. For this service we were initially approached by a "*****************************" representing *********************** (****** owns NHRMH). I have recently been informed by real ****** marketing personnel that this was a scam and not legitimate. Thank you, *** and *******************

I was contacted my this company, posing that they were working with a local hospital for a Tote Bag initiative. After collecting $3600 form us, they were never to be heard from again. 100% a scam and stay as far away as possible. The emails were all generic ********************************* etc) and the hospital has no idea about any tote bags. Besides feeling stupid for falling for it and not doing our homework first, please don't make the same mistake we made. This organization needs to be shut down.

On August 15th, 2022 I received a call form a representative claiming to be with ******************* Health System. Stated her name was ******* and her call back number was **************. We discussed a Discharge Tote Bag project they were doing. It was to be ****** bags with ******************* on one side and then a DME company, Pharmacy, Lawyer and Hospice. We discussed the printer (WhiteTree) and the price of $1,650. I requested artwork from my company and submitted. There was no contact after that. I have uploaded all the invoices and receipts I received. The hospital has no idea of the project, and I cannot get anyone to answer an email of a phone call. Is this even a real business or are they just scamming people. I see there is another complaint from the same time frame and with the same con.

*************************************** in **********, ** received a call from our local hospital to be part of a marketing campaign. They gave us a contact (*******) at White Tree Printing to provide information to be part of bag campaign. The hospital, home health company, assisted living company and ************* were to share advertising space on a bag for a "give-away". We paid $1650 directly to White tree Printing via credit card online. I have followed up numerous times (left messages, sent emails through their website) and have not heard back. Is this a real business? The hospital is now saying they are not part of a bag campaign.
