      On September 29, 2023, I ordered a Play Fort from an online company calling themselves Mini Wonder. They charged my account $64.99 and said the item would soon be shipped. I have never received the ordered item. When I clicked on their "track your order button" I was taken to a tracking page, but it would not allow me to enter my tracking number. Now when I try and click on that page an error code comes up. When you go to the company web page, they are now advertising a different toy and no longer have the play fort on their page. When we checked our credit card charge sheet, it had this business listed as a pet supply company. I believe they charged my account through shopify. I sent two emails to the company and have not heard back.

      I am writing in response to the complaint filed by ************************* against our company, Mini Wonder, regarding delivery issues and a refund request. Upon thorough investigation and for better context, ***************************** information matches the information from order #****, which was placed by *********************** on September 29, 2023 at 8:43 PM.

      I would like to bring to your attention that on October 20, 2023, at 10:01 AM, Mini Wonder processed and issued a full refund of $64.99 to ***********************, as documented in Image 1. Furthermore, on November 13, 2023, at 10:40 AM, we sent an email to *********************** to inform him about the refund, and we attached a screenshot of the transaction for his reference (Image 2 and Image 3). We believe that this complaint was filed in error, as the refund was promptly issued, and the customer was notified accordingly.

      Please find attached the relevant images for your reference. We kindly request that this information be considered in your review of the complaint. If there are any additional details or documentation needed, please do not hesitate to contact us.

      We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter with the BBB.
