Today 11/23/2022 I had a trip scheduled with this company to transport my mom from the nursing home where she lives to my home, and be returned in 3 days, Saturday 26th. The driver arrived home with my mom (wheelchair bound) and let her fall on the floor on the street. She could not lift my mom up and I had to seek assistance from family members. We brought our mom inside and the driver left. She did not report this incident. When I called a few minutes later to report this, they called the driver and she tried denying my mom touched the floor. I was told they would tell the manager about this and call me back. The manager called me back, said if I want this documented I have to take her to the ** and they will not transport her anymore, including her return trip, effectively leaving a disabled person stranded when they know she needs medical assistance and care provided from the nursing home. All because of their driver's error. And they had the nerve to charge for that trip on top of it. They are negligent with elderly and disabled people.
