Originally I went to DFW Discount Tire & Auto to have them look at a problem with my vehicle, because it made a knocking noise upon starting the engine. They told me after diagnosis what the problem was and how much it would be. I paid for repair and within the next week would have to return my vehicle. I was told they fixed the problem and within the next two weeks without even hardly driving the vehicle it started again, and I haven't even driven the car **** miles after the repair. I went to 2 different auto mechanics and was told my engine needs replacing, so I basically paid thousands of dollars when the engine needed replacement the whole time. I'm seeking a refund for all the money I've spent for being lied to about what was really wrong with my car and never getting it fixed. Please help me with this caseBusiness response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Hi, I've read the response that the business provided and disagree with the information provided. They've said the vehicle was running perfectly for 2 weeks but if you look at the attached documents I provided, you could see that the vehicle wasn't driven more than 300 miles. ** I'll post the document from the diagnostic I had ran on the vehicle stating that it was a engine misfire and that the engine needed replaced, so therefore it couldn't just be an ignition coils problem.
