ARK Roofer has been amazing!We recently contacted three leading roofing companies to evaluate our roof. Of the three companies Ark Roofer was by far the most thorough, knowledgeable and professional company.We were impressed by the initial Ark inspection report. The report provided pictures and a detailed report noting hail damage to roof, gutters and to some of the solar screens. Ark sales representative ******************* even showed up on a Saturday morning to meet with our insurance adjuster and walk along him as he inspected our roof for damage. *** worked diligently with us and our insurance company during the entire process. Communication was a constant and a "plus". Roof, gutter and screen replacements were all handled by Ark Roofer and done to code. Work was scheduled and done quickly. We were especially impressed with the roofing crew-they constantly cleaned up after each phase of the roofing replacement before the next phase began. A quality control person showed up the next day to inspect the work as well as quickly remove any debris and material left.We highly recommend Ark Roofer-there are so many roofing companies available but this company is truly customer oriented embracing honesty and integrity. Ark roofing is a pleasure to work with. ************** Came out and did a free inspection. He went up on the roof and took many photos. He showed me that there was hail damage from the storm we had months ago. He explained the damage and suggested a new roof be installed. I was skeptical at first thinking he was just trying to sell me but after my insurance adjuster came out it was verified that a new roof was needed. ***** has been there every step of the way to make sure everything was being done to code. He worked with my insurance company during the entire process. I have had no stress with getting a new roof. Communication has been excellent which is very important when dealing with a company. I have been kept up to date on every step of the job. I Highly Reccommended calling ***** at Ark roofing and have him check out your roof. Im glad I did.Review from Tracy P.

From the very first meeting, all the way through the final inspection, I have been impressed with the responsiveness, attention to detail and professionalism of the entire staff. At each stage of the process, I have been well informed and provided thorough guidance on next steps. If I ever have to replace a roof again, this company will have my business without hesitation. I highly recommend them and have done so to my neighbors, which is the highest compliment - a referral. ******************* deserves special recognition for such a positive experience and making this entire process low stress. What a great company Ark Roofing was for our family. I had hail damage three times over four years. The insurance company finally approved my roof repair. I called two companies for bids. They didn't want to put anything in writing. They only wanted to focus on the shingles, not the solar, fence, windows, screens, chimney. I called Ark Roofing. I received a nice proposal in writing. They took a ton of pictures of everything on my roof and around the house. They also worked with the insurance company to get the solar panels removed and reinstalled, to have my back fence cleaned and stained, to have the chimney top replaced, to have several screens replaced, roof vents replaced and to have all of my gutters replaced. And another item, Ark was the only roofer to actually measure the thickness of my shingles. I had impact resistant shingles already (which is why I didn't have as much damage as the neighbors). None of the other roofers bothered to determine what kind of shingles I already had installed. Ark was given an extra perk from the insurance company to manage what is called a complex job. This saved me from messing with contractors. I also had some stucco and painting performed and they managed everything. The house looks nice. The folks performing the work were very skilled and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.Review from Merissa T

Ark Roofer replaced our roof 2 years ago after 3" hail pelted the area. They were able to work patiently with my insurance provider so that we didn't have manage it ourselves. They were able to get our metal barn roof covered and the siding repainted. Of course our house roof and gutters were also covered and replaced. We did see 1 area that needed to be cosmetically addressed during our quality inspection and they scheduled the follow up promptly. We couldn't be more happy with the service we received. We had multiple leaks in roof 2 years after installed. Then it became impossible to work with them when trying to get leaks fixed. Would never recommend this company.Review from Rafael R.

This post is a long time in coming! Ark Roofer exceeded all my expectations!!! I am an out of state investor. My Property Manager recommended Ark Roofer to me after a hail storm damaged my roof, facia, and screens. Ark Roofer came through and inspected the damage, took footage with a drone, and forwarded it to me. After making a quick and easy roofing material selection from among top rated composition asphalt tile manufacturers, I forwarded my selections to my HOA and insurance company which both approved immediately! Ark Roofer started and finished the job on schedule! No money came out of my pocket as my insurance company approved all of Ark Roofers recommended repairs. My insurance company forwarded two separate checks to me to pay Ark Roofer directly upon completion. Finally, Ark Roofer sent me a video, taken by drone, of my new roof! Ark Roofer made the process smooth as silk! My tenant was never disrupted or felt a need to relocate through the process. I highly recommend Ark Roofer to be your next roofer! Their customer service is above par and they kept me informed through the entire process. My sales agent ****, made himself available 7 days a week! He responded to all my texts! I especially recommend Ark Roofer to all out of state investors who don't have time or are able to keep eyes on their properties. Ark Roofer was very honest and trust worthy!Review from Leslie H

We had our mothers roof replaced in Leander and the process was flawless from start to finish. We were updated on the timeline, and the quality of the roof looks beautiful. They finished in one day and never seemed like they were in a rush. No job is ever perfect, but this was pretty close. They placed ground nets around the house, and there was alot of roofing debris on the ground during the replacement, but we understood it's construction and there is going to be alot of trash and debris. The crew had at least one person on the ground cleaning all day. The crew was excellent about cleaning all of it up before they left. They even had a quality control person show up the day after to inspect the roofers job, perform a second cleaning, and make sure all my questions were answered.Review from Christopher G

Oh boy, where to begin. I thought I was doing good by going local. Everything was great until the contract was signed. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong.1)They dropped off roofing materials A MONTH before the scheduled construction date and blocked my driveway with 0 notice- had to call the company to get it moved. How could anyone reasonably expect to not pull their car out for a month?2). If they set up a day to come out, it was pretty much guaranteed they wouldnt show up, instead would pop up at our house several days later with no notice. Good thing my dog wasnt in the backyard when they entered the backyard without any notification.3. Quality- Had several quality issues with the roof in which I had to have the roofer come out to fix, and it was like pulling teeth. I had to contact them for MONTHS to get them to come back out and fix it.4.Trash/Nails- Tons of trash (food, drinks, nails, even a fan vent) were left in the backyard after they were finished. Cleaned most of it up myself, but had to call multiple times to have them come back and use their sweeper for nails.5.Back end- If you go with them, pray you never have to talk with their billing team. The number on the **** didnt match with what the insurance company told me, and asked me to contact the roofer to fix the invoice. The roofer's response was to scream I DONT CARE! JUST PAY WHAT'S ON THE ****. It's almost impossible to have a normal conversation with them without them losing their s*** This happened TWICE.6.Lied about work- I had a line item, which they told me they would subcontract out (fixing my A/C) unit. They kept telling me they would send someone out, until months later of me escalating, they finally told me Oh we never actually do that, you can find someone else on your own to do it. They struck it from my invoice, but why did it take months of me calling them for them to finally tell me the truth?Run from these guys!Ark Roofer LLC Response

Hello ******, I understand how you feel. I would feel the same way myself if I were you. And I'm sorry for your experience. But what I have found many times, is that there can be miscommunication, misunderstanding, and mishap in all relationships. This easily leads to anger, then regret. But we as a company always make things right, if you allow us, even though we are not hardly ever perfect. God bless you sir.
