I was waiting with my mother there and I was disgusted by the blatantly obvious racism. This location is in a predominantly minority neighborhood, so you would think they would at least treat us right. To see the attention that was given to other races from someone who said she was the service manager. I think her name was Gina, she was obnoxious and very rude. She was talking to my mother like she was stupid and like it bothered her to even converse with her. Then when she talked a white woman, she was very nice, attentive, offered them coffee and water and didn't offer my mom anything while waiting. I told my mom let's get out of this fake Christian place with these people who don't even want us there. I am not saying this because I am a minority, but the ONLY time we felt important was from the ONLY Black young lady in the front. And a pregnant woman who stopped and talked to my mom as she was coming out of the bathroom. When I saw the young Black lady hug a customer when she walked in and I heard the customer tell her she was so happy that someone who genuinely cares about minorities work there to make sure her problem was fixed. I really wish I knew her name, because Christian brother is lucky to have her. Another girl there who didn't even acknowledge my mother standing at the counter for at least 2 minutes. The young black lady had to tell my mom she would be with her when she was off the phone and when the other young lady made eye contact with my mom she rolled her eyes and didn't even know what she was doing. She was also very rude because I heard openly talk about their customers and how she doesn't want to help certain customers. This by far was the worst experience my mother and I had, and I wouldn't dare come back to this place even though we stay next door. Ridiculous. I will be calling the location tomorrow. Just so the other two young ladies there can get their proper recognition. Stay away if you are black or Mexican. They don't want you thereReview from Frank L

This company use to be reputable but now they are just thieves. Be sure of the work that you have authorized and make them give you a signed receipt for any and every bit of work that you authorize. This company likes to add in extra work that is not authorized and then charge astronomical prices for the work that they do. They also tell you that you have a complimentary diagnostic only to tell you that you have to pay for the diagnostic after the fact. If you don't allow them to do the work then they charge almost $200 for a diagnostic. Do not allow this place to bully you into getting work done and charging you for work that they say is complimentary or work that they added in without authorization. Find a better place with better mechanics and more honest staff.

Because of my insistence for transparency, our diagnostic charges have always been a stand-alone fee since our store opened in 2007. The customer must authorize the diagnostic charge before we perform any work on the vehicle.
Your sister gave us that authorization.
You insisted that you had never paid a diagnostic fee to us; my Service Manager printed out your service history and showed you that you had, you said we were lying.???
We, like many other shops, do offer a complimentary Courtesy Inspection, which is a visual inspection of the overall condition of the car, but it does not involve any diagnostics. I think you may have confused the two operations.
Mr. *****, diagnostic services are the costliest and most valuable service that we offer, and I don't give them away or disguise the charges in another operation.
Mr. *****, you clearly don't trust us, and I am sorry you feel this way, I would not do business with a place I could not trust either. But I hope that you consider my words and no matter the outcome, I wish you well for the future.

You are twisting my words and you are LYING. I have never paid for a diagnostic when I allowed your company to do the work that the diagnostic was done for. The only time I have ever paid for a diagnostic is when I did not allow you to do the work. I dare you to try to find a record of where I paid for a diagnostic on top of having the work done. You can't because I haven't. You are right that I no longer trust you because you are liars and tried to scam my sister out of money. I used to think that you guys were a good shop that just charged to much but I still trusted your work. Now I don't trust anything that comes out of your mouth and I will never direct anyone to your scam shop ever again.
