Took my vehicle in for car oil change and tune up with ******** *** dipstick was broken and I had have my car car tow back to shop. Ran until got home never ran again. I'm not giving up my car was running when I brought it in and now it want even start. Buy over 500 plus tow of 110 and ********** 2. When I call the owner he act like he didn't even know who I was. The first time s*** was going all over the highway. He told me it was the oil dipstick fix that and drove home never started again.Review from Crystal R

This is not a professional business and if I wanted to I could *** for discrimination on so many levels. He declined my service Mr. ***** the apparent owner, because I needed to use the bathroom. Which he didnt allow paying customers to use! Instead he said walk to the gas station but it expected me to pay over $100 for a car detailing. When I showed irritation he declined my service without any remorse. Nonetheless when I wrote my review on ****** he had the audacity to call me a liar! (Please go see it, he called me a scam) Well Im definitely a real person and Im not sure whats this mans problem is but I even tried to compromise and say hey lets fix it, he was continuously rudeGood customer service would have been to listen and try to ratify the situation, especially when the customer is trying to work with you! Terrible customer service terrible character as a busy in a whole. I hope this statement teaches him that EVERYONE is important! Especially when I was willing to support such a small little place that I was already skeptical about. Never again!Review from Dora J

This place was awesome. I was there maybe 20 minutes the oil change didn't take long at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back for my next oil change and possibly my brakes soon
