      I received the worse customer service I have ever received in my life. I made a purchase in your *******, ** store Saturday. I changed my mind and decided to go with a mattress a little less expensive. When I arrived at the store, ******** was working with a customer. I took a ********* thing I know, a black lady comes and state she is the Assistant manager. I told her I was waiting for ********. She says well ******** can't help you if you are doing a Return. The way her demeanor from the beginning was just off. I told her the price range I looking for. She automatically walks off towards the high price mattress in the back. I told her what my budget was and she kept asking. It was like she was just trying to make me just purchase something whether I really liked it or not. She was really unprofessional. After so long, I just wanted to return the items. I was willing to come back after my doctors appointment, but the way her attitude was, I just canceled the entire order. Then she proceeds to tell me I can't return the Ver-TEX Queen, which I was never informed, in that case, I wouldn't have purchased it at all. Her name is *** ******. She said it's just like underwear. I said, its been in my trunk since Saturday. It's never been opened. That doesn't make any sense to have me stuck with a $349.99 purchase that I will never use.I asked her for the corporate number, she told me " no" I said well you call corporate for me. She said, no she can'****, when I saw a caucasian manJustin ******** walk up, I said excuse me **** can you call corporate for me. His attitude and bad customer service was worse than hers. They are the ones with the attitudes, but he said somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I said no I didn't, it had to be you. I told them they would feel the same way, if they were stuck with a $349.99 item that they don't need.He said, you are the one with no bed. I was like "wow" to myself. I said I have a bed.

      Bought lighting fixtures online that did not fit. Tried to return them to a store in person and was told they dont take returns from online. Then called to return shipping and was told it was beyond 72 hour return policy. Would never buy anything from them again including furniture because of this terrible customer service and terrible return policy

      I would give it a zero if that was an option. Bought a couch from there that I ordered online so was not able to try out in the store, they didnt have it in the store. The cushions kept popping out and it was so hard and uncomfortable. When I was in the store and ordered it, they told me I had three days to return it. When I called to return it, they said that was not an option. I cannot believe that a huge furniture company where you are literally spending hundreds or thousands of dollars and youre not allowed to return something. Never ever again. I guess you cant return anything because their stuff is garbage.

      They were great in the store... getting us to buy their couch but deceived us on the delivery date...after repeated calls to speed up the delivery the couch arrived and broke within a two week period...it snapped and cracked inside and dipped down in the middle afterwards... When I called to complain to customer service they knew exactly what the problem was without coming out to look at it which tells me this is a common problem...the "seat deck" is broken from just sitting on a brand new couch! It's been two and a half months waiting for them to fix the problem...now the cushions are ruining because or the sag in the middle.

      My in laws bought a dining room table for our new home, they were told there's no military discount when I know that to be false, then they were charged $300.00 more then quoted on line. Ashley told them the delivery fee would be $200.00, we live under 10 minutes away. Ridiculous, Ashley furniture just lost our patronage

      I will not buy from them ever again. You buy items from them that they say are in stock. Then a day before delivery they say it's on back order and no idea when it'll be available. Then try calling in and getting someone who can help you. Not sure where their call center is located? The people who actually answer the phone are worse than the automated robot you have to deal with to get to a live person. They are afraid to deviate from the script and actually have to use their brain and common sense! They figure that you will eventually get frustrated and hang up.

      Back in September, I ordered a mattress. The order was repeatedly postponed over the course of two months. Sick of trying to schedule around their repeated rescheduling, I decided to cancel. Across several days I reached out to them through the only means that they will provide, which is via text message. I kept getting disconnected mid conversation with some automated system, before finally being able to cancel with them over the phone and get connected to a human being. I was advised not to worry about returning any of the complementary Labor Day special swag by the phone associate and that the billing account was closed. In the meantime, I have a new in box "mattress protector" for a mattress that I never received sitting in my office. I was billed $400 for it today. I called the store, and they told me all items are non-returnable. And then I was advised to call the issuing credit card company to dispute the charges, which can take "up to 60 days", and then the vendor has 45 days to do an investigation. I will be dealing with this probably throughout next year, and it has already impacted my credit score in the meantime, because that is how I was notified about this. This went from "I will wait until after the holiday season because I work in sales and can't schedule time to receive it" to "I will never in 1000 years to business with this company ever again" really fast.

      Very helpful until they get your money I purchased an end table and two lamps from ****** at the *********** ******** location. Had to pick the end table up from ******************** only to find out that I had to assemble it as well. That had never been communicated to me. I purchased two lamps from them and was able to take those home from the store, and then questioned the quality of them once I got home and had them plugged in and in place. I shouldve acted on it because 30 days later one of the lamps switch wont work so we have to plug it in and unplug it to have light. I texted my sales person after I had to assemble the end table with no response. I texted him again about the lamp that was not working and he deleted me as a contact. Ive not heard from anybody.

      I purchased two ************************* ****************** Chairs online from the Ashley Furniture Website. The chairs arrived with no legs or hardware. I called and explained my issue and was told that someone would get back to me within 3 - 5 business days. I felt this was absurd but said ok. A couple of days later, I received an email telling me where I could find the legs and hardware contained inside of the chairs. This was already understood since there is a large sign under the chairs that says parts and hardware inside. I responded within 30 minutes of receiving the email and explained that I had already looked and the parts and hardware were not there. I included pictures of the chairs in my message. It has now been 4 days and I have not received a response. I called again and found out that the chairs were through a 3rd party and that this 3rd party cannot be contacted by phone and only responds through email. I have sent 2 additional messages and have received no response. This is the worst customer service I have experienced when purchasing a high-priced item. It is not acceptable and it appears that there is no one to talk to about my issue. I have asked for a return label so that I can send the chairs back since I fear I may have just spent a lot of money on items that are of no use to me without the legs!
