Bought my car in Feb CASH and still didn't receive my title because of an error they made. The *** sent it back 3/10/23 for them to correct and they have yet to do so. I've called them about them numerous times. But its like talking to a wall. Not to mention it was in the shop for 3 months as soon as I bought it. Absolutely the worst car experience I've ever had. Empty promise after empty promise!!!DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!

This business absolutely wasted my time, by letting me know a buyer fell through on one of their new Corvette Z06s. They had the audacity to lead me to believe, leave work, and send me the sticker pricing, all while charging more than double the retail price for the vehicle. I dont typically leave feedback like this, but I have a very poor taste in my mouth for Chevrolet after being a lifelong owner of numerous of their vehicles. Stay away from this unethical dealer whos faking a bidding war to get their customers to overpay for vehicles.

I had my 2000 Chevy Impala towed due to a recall issue that needed to be fixed. I called the GM Recall number and was given a confirmation # for the "Under Hood Fire" recall. When I attempted to start my car, there was a huge pop sound like an "explosion" under the hood and the car started smoking real bad. There was no fire, thankful for that for sure. Anyway, they called me back saying they fixed the issue and that I could pick up the car. I asked questions on what was done and if the car would start with no issues and so forth. They told me the car wouldn't start, but that they fixed the recall issue, which was a "valve cover" and that's it. For one, I couldn't understand why I had to press them for the information, giving me the details on what they did and did not do. Also, I had to ask for additional information regarding what it would take to figure out the complete issue and all they could suggest is a diagnostic check. Common sense to me would be to do that anyway upon receiving the car to make sure that you are fixing the correct thing anyway, even if it is a recall issue. Why touch something if you initially don't know what caused the breakdown??? But, I went with it. They did a diagnostic check and then told me they couldn't fix the car because Chevy no longer carries the parts for the year, make and model of the car. So, how are you able to fix what you said you fixed if you the car parts are no longer available? They told me what parts were needed to fix the car, but that was it. I could take it to another mechanic with the list of parts to see if they can fix it with parts outside of Chevy manufacture because they can't fix it unless they use Chevy manufactured parts. Ok. I get the car towed from a trusted mechanic that I've had over the years and he tells me they did nothing and that I was charged for nothing. I paid $135 for a diagnostic check, which is total ******** when that should have come with the territory of figure out the issue.
