      after purchasing an ecm nov of 2022 it failed in less than a year. Called their office for warranty repair and was told no record of purchase even though I had invoice number and **** receipt. Their employees seemed trained to give you the run around at every corner. Would not purchase any more from them and if they can't stand behind their product I would not send any thing to them for repair. I don't know how they have a rating with better business bureau

      I sent the company my ecm. They deemed it not repairable, the only thing wrong was a headlight issue. I have contacted them multiple times about returning it to me, they refuse to do so. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!

      I rarely write reviews but these guys helped me and saved me a ton of money. I thought my truck was going to be useless but they fixed a part impossible to find and gave it life.

      I've been dealing with them for about 2 years. Back and forth warranty work. He told me my truck was causing the issue. I've replaced engine harness, cab to ecm harness, ground and powers from battery to alternator and starter. I got the "remand " ecm approximately a month ago. Guess where my truck is? In the shop for ecm. It's not communicating. I will be sending them the 10k in tow bills I've accumulated in the last 3 months from their shabby work.

      They do not stand behind their warranty we had two ecm from them both bad and refuse to refund that would mean negative star rating

      Did what they said. Rebuilt Jeep Wrangler TIPM UNIT. I just installed it and works great so far. They were very responsive to questions. The rebuild price was reasonable compared to replacement cost. at this point I would recommend them highly.

      My complaint about this business seems to reflect those of others. I contacted them regarding a module for my Jeep. They told me they had the part. I ordered the part and paid for expedited shipping via PayPal. They immediately charged my card the full amount. Shortly thereafter I received an email informing me that the part was not in stock and on back order. I called them and cancelled the order. They cancelled and told me my payment would be refunded within 3 to 5 days. A week later no refund. I called and was told that they would process my refund immediately. Still no refund. Again I called them and was told the same thing. No refund. Finally, I filed a dispute with PayPal. Even after they were contacted by PayPal no refund. A month later PayPal processed the refund. This business is dishonest and the people are liars. Harsh words but do not do business with this company.

      Too bad they don't have an option for zero stars. This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. They are crooked lying scammers. I sent an ecm in for repair for a Volvo truck. They said they tested it and it was communicating which was a lie. But internally it had some bad parts that they replaced and supposedly had it working. I paid extra for 2 day shipping because I needed the truck on the road asap. When I received the item it was installed and did not crank the truck just like when it went out. I called them telling them about the issue. They at first tried to say my truck was causing the issue. So I pulled a ecm from another truck to prove them wrong installed it and it ran perfect. Just like I did when it broke the first time. That's how I knew the ecm had failed. Then after I proved them wrong they sent me a label to send back and once it got there I spoke to a lady on the phone that said they hooked it up and it was working. I told her it wasn't on the truck to take it down just to make sure they didn't mis something. And the next day I spoke with another lady who told me they found some issues they fixed and it was ready to be shipped the following day. I never got tracking or heard anything else from them so I called several times until I finally spoke to someone all while being avoided and hung up on. A guy finally called me back and funny thing this time he's telling me it's fried and not reparable and the core was no good for a replacement. I explained to him what everyone else has told me he basically told me to shut up he didn't care what others said. We finally got to an agreement to get a refund and then ship my old unit back. Once again they are running from me and avoiding me. I still have not received the $900 back I spent on their junk service or a tracking number for the unit. If this issue isn't resolved within the nest 3 days this will turn into a legal matter.

      Do NOT buy from these people I called to order an ECM for my 6NZ and was able to locate one close to home for less money and went that route I called these people to let them know to cancel my order (before they shipped it) and refund my money. They said no problem then they shipped it. When I called them they told me it was a communication era on my part. They are shady and not trust worthy. Do NOT trust these people or do business of any kind with them.
