Holding my brother against his will after he voluntarily committed himself to get help. They falsified his medical records stating that he is suicidal when he is not. They have bullied him by saying that they are just going to get a court order if he leaves AMA. When he is past his 72 hour hold period. They refuse to speak to allowed family members and we will be seeking legal action! They are using people with insurance to get more money despite those people doing better!Review from Survivor

Glen Oaks almost killed my son. He fell while in gym there, He told staff but they did nothing. He had broken his knee cap and tibia bone. I ask them to let a doctor see his leg, This never happened. He had to walk on that broken leg for 3 to 4 days before I called and sai;d I am com;ing to pick him up. I called twice a day to see if he had been to ER or seen a doctor but no interest in his broken leg. When I picked him up he had to walk down that super long hall on broken leg, He was literally about to pass out by time he got to lobby. I was so mad. I got him in the car by myself because no one offered to help. He ended up in the Hospitial in Tyler with cellulitis in broken leg. He was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks getting antibiotics and etc. If you are going to call your facility a hospital then act like one. I have not doubt that if I had not gone to get him- he would have been septic and died, It was a close call while in hospital. I would not take my dog there.
