      I had a horrible experience with Britain Chevrolet, thanks to ******* in the service department, who is a complete liar. I dropped off my truck under warranty because the battery was dying quickly. ******* assured me I'd get a call within an hour with the solution. Six hours later, no call. When I finally called, ******* claimed my truck suddenly had way more issues and needed motor work because it wouldn't start at all. This was a blatant lie since my truck drove just fine earlier that day.When I questioned this, mentioning that I had just started it with jumper cables, he said that it didnt work for them. Then, somehow, it started just fine when they used jumper cables. When I questioned this, he put me on hold for over 15 minutes. I hung up and called back, only to be told that the truck started right up but I still had to wait even longer for a new battery that was under warranty.The lack of communication, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism from ******* and the service department is appalling. Britain Chevrolet needs to get their act together.Pay for all of these warrantys and they wont even back them up

      On June 20th of 2023 me and my daughter purchased a 2018 Dodge Challenger. The internet sales price was listed at $29,989.00. They got the paperwork worked up and with all the added information I did not notice they had added $1,798.00 to the total cost of the vehicle. I contacted them the next morning with everything broke out. They agreed they made a mistake, offered to correct it. I was told that the amount of $1,798.00 would be sent to PNC bank, who financed the vehicle. I ask how long that would take and was told by the first of August. It is now August 15th, and I have reached out by phone and email and have gotten zero response back.
