Hallsville child development center owner is allowing personal conflict to affect their services to me as a legal guardian. I was told that I will be receiving a PIN number to get into the building along with being added onto the pick up list. Bio dad, my husband, had to spend almost two weeks getting me on the pick up list because the bio mother refused to along with the owner refusing to even after see the court ordered papers saying I am to be put on all parent pick up lists and emergency contact lists. On 9/1/22 when I went to pick up my step son after multiple attempts to get a PIN number to get into the building like I was told to use. The owner shut the door in my face and stood there with her back to me knowing She refuses to give me a pin. Leaving me to stand outside and wait till she decides to open the door for me after watching me pull In to the parking lot and get out the car and begin walking to the front door. We made eye contact so I knew she saw me walking up to the door. One of her employees standing next to her had to finally open the door for me. She has made many rude remarks to me. She, the owner, is a family friend of the bio mother. The bio mother does not like me and they, owner and bio mother, have teamed up to make things difficult for me. The owner is not running the business in a professional way what so ever. The bio father, my husband, and I both agree that this needs to be handled. If we cant trust that they will be professional how do we know that there arent things being kept from bio dad about his children? How do we know that there hasnt been any mishaps with the owner thinking its in her role to physically punish bio fathers children, my step children? All other parents/legal guardians get treated completely different than what I and bio dad gets treated.Business response
