I, *******************************, a consumer, am notifying you that I dispute this alleged debt pursuant to 15 USC 1692g. I REQUEST THAT YOU PROVIDE TO ME VERIFICATION OF THIS ALLEGED DEBT. VERIFICATION CONSISTS OF A FORMAL DECLARATION IN WHERE YOU SWEAR TO THE TRUTHS OF THE STATEMENTS OF THE ***** OF THE MATTER, HAVE FIRST-HAND KNOWLEDGE AND MUST BE NOTARIZED.5,142 Since this debt is disputed pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you are required to cease all collection of this alleged debt which includes. reporting to my consumer report with EXPERIAN, TRANSUNION, AND EQUIFAX.hereby inform you that you do not have my consent to communicate with me through any medium. Furthermore, I DID NOT consent to you having my personal and private information. This constitutes aggravated identity theft. I also DID NOT consent to you reporting information in my name to the consumer reporting agencies. Sams Furniture has placed an account on my credit report that I have no knowledge of. Thanks for your inquiry. After researching the name and email for this customer, we are unable to verify any information.
Please provide either the last 4 digits of the social security number for the account or the agreement number for the account. The agreement number will be included in the credit reporting from ***'s Furniture and Appliances.
Once we have this information and can match them to our records, we will be able to investigate your concerns.

In June of 2023 I purchased two refrigerators from ****************** and Furniture. One to replace my broken one in the house. The other to put in my garage. I told the salesperson my intentions and he never said I couldn't put one in the garage. The one in the garage quit the first of January and I told ***'s who referred the problem to **************** Service which service Whirlpool appliances during warrantee. After the fourth visit to repair my refrigerator, the ****** service person suddenly said my refrigerator was not made to withstand the temperatures in a free-standing garage and referred me back to ***'s. The service manager at ****** *****, said he would look in to it. I have not heard back in a week and cannot reach him.Business response
