11/05/2022 $2100 down I'd rather talk to someone, these men are ****** ****** to people. I've had 2 cars in less than 5 weeks.Still having to pay them payments and pay a mechanic to fix it.They wont help bc the gentleman junior said it was a used car what do I expect. So now I'm with no car getting 50 dollar lyft's 40 min away from work. I'm a single mother with 2 daughters.Business response

Hello, This is regards to complaint ID ********. The Customer in question made a purchase of the first vehicle which was 2009 Pontiac G6 as is with no warranty coverage added to it later stated that it was overheating we went ahead and replaced the radiator for her free of charge she still came back with additional issue with the vehicle we than opted to switch her to a 2008 **** 9-6 which she test drove and was comfortable with purchasing the vehicle. Since the purchase we never heard from her. Being that the purchase dates to more than 90 days and since the customer didn't purchase any warranty there's nothing we can do for her at this time. We do our best to go above and beyond for each customer as we did in her case by switching her from one vehicle to another without being under any obligations. We appreciate your time and effort in hearing us and giving us the opportunity to explain our side of the story.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
This place is really saying I didnt get a warranty.. when one was never offered not even a paper on the car its self. I dont want this broken car they can come pick it up I'm done with them. Thanks for the help BBB.
