I have had a membership at DEKA Lash in ************** ***** since 2020. With every visit to this location, I have to return within 3 days to have my lashes reapplied. Ive inquired about using different adhesive which was not an option at said location. Ive utilized 2 other private vendors for lash application and have not had any issues with lash retention. This was explained to 3 different lash technicians at DEKA, last one being ********** I was told that this issue would be discussed with the manager. Side note: this is NOT a complaint against the lash technicians. They have all been very kind, no complaints regarding THEIR customer service. I have almost $600 in credit and was told if I cancel my membership, I can continue to use my credit but will lose the member discount which is unfair given the fact that Ive been paying for membership pricing. I also explained that the money is not the issue, I am not getting the service that I am paying for and asked for a refund of the money that I have in credit. I prefer not to continue to pay for an expensive service that should last for at least two weeks and I experience shedding within two days. I asked for corporate contact information and have not been accommodated. I spoke with a young lady in ****** who stated she was customer service. She informed me that they would get back to me within 3 business days. I received a response via text stating that I can transfer my credit to a friend or family member due to the credits not having monetary value. This makes no sense to me because it definitely did when it was drafted from my bank account. I am very disappointed and I feel robbed after patronizing a business who cared nothing about insuring that their loyal customers are also supported and proper services are rendered.Business response

I actually spoke with the customer on Friday February ******* she filed the complaint. We came to a mutual understanding and everything was solved amicably. I just spoke with her again now and she said that she edited her review to reflect the discussion she had with me, and restated that she's satisfied with the resolution.
