Never answers messages. Keeps door locked. Unreachable via only available to get payments. Doesnt answer text messages or phone calls. Had to call continuously to get it extension taxs done, gave him ******** for him to get started in a few tax issues for us. My extremely competent efficient account from Florida charged us ****** for that service, transmitted forms after hours of calling he finally text me back that the firns would be ready. Had to text and call numerous times to see if he transmitted. Them not to duplicate sending it to the ***. He finally answered rudely its your responsibility not mine. I have copies of every text answered and none answered. My husband had to leave work early to go get the forms to send them in. He has done not started anything we discussed. I have been trying to reach him non stop to get a refund of the difference but he didnt answer. He has fine this to others . Its been verified. He just takes your money and disappears. We arent rich I just got out of the hospital my heart he knows our hardship and knowingly treats us this way. We need to pay another accountant that will do what he promised and failed. Even have text of him stating he would work with us on payments during the process as he knows what we have been thru. (Daughter has cancer and grandson18 months murdered by caregiver. I asked if we needed new agreement his response was NO. I have the receipts Im not looking to cause problems but that money is hard to come by. We dont deserve this no one dies. This needs to be investigated. I know there are others. Just want my refund if ****** and Ill never darken his business again. You can be sure.
