            This company came out to my house to fix a problem that apparently did not exist. Per my contract they were supposed to diagnose the problem, but they were unable to because apparently there wasn't one. I went back and forth with the home warranty company and with *************************** apparently the owner of this company. It had been a week and I had not paid my invoice awaiting resolution with the warranty company, this man called my daughters number which they had listed as a backup and was very rude and unprofessional using profanity demanding payment. He threatened to put a lean on my home for the 85 dollars owed, When I paid and let him know I was going to write a review about my experience his response was, and I have it in writing per email: "Just remember all actions have consequences". He seems mentally unstable and is truly angry just his tone and the things he writes are truly concerning. I would be careful using this company, if he is threatening me over a review, it's possible, I am not his first victim.

            I came out to the property to inspect a system that was having a drainage issue. When we arrived at the property we throughly inspected the system & determined the issue had been fixed already by the customers attempts.We explained that diagnosis to the h/o & when we requested our service charge for coming out to the property she refused to pay. She stated that we did not do anything. Per the home owners home warranty policy she must pay a $85 service regardless of the outcome of the visit.She asked me to leave the ************* when I called her home warranty to report her.The home warranty called ************** & told her that her refusal to pay would garnish a removal from the home warranty coverage.After going back & forth with her for over a week in emails she finally decided to pay & was not happy about it.She stated that she was a lawyer & would blast my company on the BBB because she felt like we didnt perform any services for ********* still had to pay.
