On March the 5th 2023 I took my 2014 ****************** Color) for a wash to H3137**36303138333631H Carwash on ******************************************************************. As I am entering the tunnel one of the employee manually closed my drivers side mirror and broke it. The manager (****************) was on days off but the employees assured me he would give me a call when he returned which he never did. I called Mr *******#**;s cell ************) he assured me he would send it to the owner so they can get it fixed but he has only been giving me the run around. I keep calling **************** and texting and he has not resolved my issue. He doesn&#**;t answer my calls and very rarely replies to my txt messages.Business response

My name is ********************************* and I am the manager of operations for Tsunami Car Wash. Regarding the claim for *********************************, this issue has been resolved as Tsunami Car Wash paid for the repairs to fix his mirror that was damaged by Tsunami Car Wash. This was resolved on May 5, 2023.
