Purchased a used 2011 Audi A3 vehicle from dealership 3/13/2023. Title & registration have yet to be located 5 months later. Vehicle is also a lemon, as it was sold without proper maintenance or inspection protocols. Provable and documented by the new brakes that had to be installed the next day after purchase. Also as noted in a Google review two months after purchase the entire computer system was faulty/defective. Key fob never worked as I was told it was a dead battery however turns out it was the computer system. “Service” light is continuously on even after having vehicle serviced, again computer/electrical. Intermittent vehicle sensors/lights give false readings and then go away. Vehicle was unsafe from the moment it left their lot and at no point in time ran & drove as it should have.Initial Complaint

Not getting my license plate and tags. I have called and left several messages but no one has responded. I am driving on expired plates since Aug 8. They left one message to inform me that my license plate were in. I have reported the dealership to the Department of Transportation. I need my plates and tag.Initial Complaint

On Friday August 11th, I had flown to Texas from Tennessee to pick up a truck, they told me that they would have it washed and ready when I got there, I had asked if it had any issues cause I have a 15 hour drive back with it, they said no, it’s all good to go, I get there, it rides rough, shaking real bad and I had asked about it and they said it’s just the lift kit on it, didn’t think much of it after that, went back after the test drive signed the papers and left, got to the interstate and it had a severe death wobble, scared me so bad, people around me were slamming on the breaks and afraid to pass me, the second time it did it I had a Good Samaritan follow me with his hazards till I got off the exit, got back and said I don’t want it, there is something major wrong and I feel unsafe and that I had still had 15 hours to go and this happened right away, they kept insisting that they make it right, they had switched out tires in the front cause they we so bad supposedly and didn’t balance them, they had spent several hours before that checking fluids and shag not, I said that I just want my check back and if I callus leave now that they could even keep the deposit, we’ll they didn’t and I had to catch a flight the next morning, they kept telling me we want you to be happy at the end of the day and I kept saying then I don’t want the truck, your ignorance of putting used tires on for one, not balancing the tires, putting the wrong size tires in the front of a 4wd vehicle which you should never do and failed to disclose that information almost had me killed!Initial Complaint

We bought a vehicle from this dealer in January 2023 and had issues right away. We fixed some electrical as in no brake lights when leaving the dealership because the wires had been cut, window tinting after receiving a violation ticket for being too dark , and now as of June 13 2023 the motor needs to be completely replaced due to metal inside of it. Also needs catalytic converter, timing chain, oil was almost sludge. We were told nothing was wrong with this unit during purchase process and now requiring us to pay 16k to repair. I have asked for them to pay for the cost of the engine solely and they refused to do so because we didn’t buy a warranty with their company . This is unfair and don’t feel like we should have to pay for repairs as much as it was to purchase the vehicle. We are asking for G motors to pay us $6,932 for the new Ford Manufactured motor seen in the invoice attached. Thanks for your time.Initial Complaint

I contacted dealership about a vehicle I was interested in on Friday October 28,2022 and was told I needed a to hurry and put down a thousand dollars to hold vehicle. I had not signed any paperwork or anything. I transferred the money and within a hour a realized this place was not worthy. All they cared about was the money, didn’t care about work verification or signed paperwork so as soon as I sent money I tried to take it back and they ended up saying they wouldn’t give it back. On June 20th, 2022 we visited G Motors located at 8725 Cypress Creek Pkwy | Houston, TX 77070 and purchased . We went through the loan process and provided a $6,000 down payment. We picked up the vehicle on June 21st, 2022 and the moment we drove off the lot the check engine light came on. We contacted the Finance Manager, Imran ***, and our Sales Associate, Ruben *******, who both tried to blow us off by saying we have warranty and it was probably some bad gas. Both have repeatedly stated that he would call us back to schedule repairs but here we are three days later and has yet to contact us regarding the issues. We did a diagnostics test and turns out there are multiple codes for this vehicle. Not to mention the car has fully stopped reversing and the transmission is going out completely. When we were able to talk to him after calling the establishment multiple times he stated he would not take the car back and he will tow the car back to us because he will not take it. We've contacted the warranty and we've contacted the second location to try and get a General Manager involved but no one is willing to help. We are now stuck in a loan and we are $6000 short because they lied to us from the very beginning. For anyone thinking about going here please DON'T! They are liars, cheats, and they will take advantage of your situation. Once they get you to sign that paperwork they will ignore you, lie to you, and refuse to even speak with you.Business response

The customer purchased the vehicle as is with no warranty written or implied by G Motors. The customer did purchase and extended service contract through a 3rd party which they are more than welcome to contact about any issues they are having with their vehicle. The customer inspected and test drove the vehicle and was satisfied with its overall condition and proceeded to purchase the vehicle. Any upkeep or repairs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
The business agreed they will check the vehicle since there was issues with the vehicle as soon as driving off of the lot. The car stopped reversing, the car won't shift gears, and the transmission is going out. We tried resolving the issues with them per the 3rd party warranty; however, even though they agreed to check the car they have ignored us and blocked us. They've refused to check the vehicle per the warranty. They gave us the run around for a week. The general manager and the financial manager have insulted us and treated us terribly. It doesn't make sense how you can block someone when you still haven't even given us the plates or the sticker. This dealership has unprofessional staff and they are well known for selling lemons. Please refer to the other complaints that have been written about this dealership.
