Unreliable and unprofessional. Bill #OV90637763. The freight was never delivered. I had a freight from Italy I was waiting for 2 months to be delivered. After several delays, they told me that it was not going to be delivered because the driver "called in sick" and they had no updates on delivery. I offered to drive there myself to pick it up since it was already in their local warehouse. Upon arrival, I learned that the box was moved by someone in the warehouse and they could not locate it. When they finally found it and loaded it into my personal vehicle, I could not get out of the gates for 20 minutes because the commutator was down and the operator was not available to open the gate. After calling several times, a front desk receptionist came out to unlock the gate. They have such a nice, expensive-looking office and you would expect them to be organized and professional. However, it is not the case. Will not recommend it!Review from Ryan H

DECEPTIVE. Delivered a $1300 item encased in a wooden crate. They PUNCTURED the wood in two places, severely damaged the product, then concealed the damage by delivering the item UPSIDE DOWN. The seller informed me they are not renewing their contract with CEVA.Review from Mark C

CEVA Logistics, I a poor run company. I was to receive a delivery yesterday by 1 pm. I have tried calling the company for the past dy and a half. I was put on hold for 2.5 hours and have not talked to anyone. The company I purchased the Umbrella from called and Ceva promised to call us today. We never received a call.Review from Nick K

I ordered a swing set for my kids from ****** a couple of weeks ago. When I placed the order it said that a third party would handle the shipping (turned out to be CEVA) and that I would receive a phone call to schedule shipment. Two weeks later, I never received a phone call and the swing set shows up to my office while I am out of town. Two of our older employees had to push the two large boxes inside because the delivery guy wouldn’t help them. I understand that it’s a company policy to not deliver inside, but he could have at least helped them get it in the door. Instead I am told he was extremely rude about the entire process. He also did not leave any paperwork regarding the shipment for my records, so I have no idea what his name was. Had I received a phone call like I was supposed to, I would have had CEVA hold off on delivering and changed the delivery address to my house, which is just down the road from my office. Very frustrating process, especially since one of our employees that moved it inside fell and hurt her hip and hand while doing so.Review from Rachel L

I ordered a chair off of ******. The delivery guys were great - no complaints there. The complaints lie with the customer service rep (a woman in Richmond) that called me with attitude. First, the company had to reschedule my delivery - which is fine. When she called me to say I needed to be at home immediately to wait on the delivery driver - which would be there within 30 min, I explained that I am a registered pediatric nurse for an elementary school ONE MINUTE from my home. I asked if i needed to be there for the delivery, she confirmed that I did. I said, Okay, can you pass along my cell phone to the delivery driver and have him call or text me when he is a few minutes out? Again, she seemed "put out" and gave me attitude stating that this delivery had been scheduled from Richmond and that I needed to be there and they couldn't wait. Bear in mind, this delivery was originally supposed to be yesterday. I was given a time frame for a delivery yesterday, then received an email YESTERDAY that the delivery was delayed. She eventually did give my number the driver, who did call when he was 5 min out. Rudeness and lack of customer service should not be tolerated. The delivery driver and man helping him get the chair off the truck were WONDERFUL and polite. No complaints on them.Review from Meredith C

Like many of the other reviews, I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered a shed from Costco on 10/2 and it has been in the CEVA warehouse since 10/12. They have never called to set up a delivery. Finally I called, got a woman who sounded like I woke her up, and set delivery up for the following Monday, but they never came. Last Thursday, I spent THREE HOURS on hold to schedule an appointment but they never picked up. Avoid at all costs!Review from Bogdan S

They never showed to delivery time. Unable to reach them. At this time I will reach Costco and ask the deliver to be cancel and to ship another item to their warehouse. Not the first time when this happens with this company in the last 3 years.Review from John G.

Every other review on this board is 100% correct. This is the worst company I have EVER had to deal with. I had a delivery scheduled for 10/27...no delivery, no call, nothing (I took a day off work for this). I called them and rescheduled it for 10/29...no delivery, no call, nothing again (this time I missed one of my kid's swim meets to wait at home). 10/31 comes (Monday morning) and I call Amazon to see what's going on (who is where the order was coming from - CEVA was the 3rd party delivery service). Amazon tried to contact them and couldn't get anything done either. Finally, I got through to the local distributor here in Houston, and was told by ALICE *****, the alleged manager, that my order had been lost in the warehouse. She was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me because I naturally was a little heated at this point (no swearing or name calling...just elevated in my speech). If you can't do your job and cannot take criticism when called out for how much you are bad at your job, then maybe you should take that as motivation to improve. I'm still not entirely sure how you lose a refrigerator in a warehouse in 2022?? I mean, it's not like this is the 1800's, there are literally dozens of technologies available to make sure you don't lose products. Seriously, is this what it felt like back in the day when the Mob was in charge of shipping and items would "fall of the back of the truck"?? Anyway, please ******* ***** *********, or any other online retailer...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They allegedly are a "Logistics" company, but that is not something that they are particularly good at.Review from Eric V

Horrible, lost my vanity from costco, cannot reach them for days. Got text and email that delivery would be last Wednesday, took day off to be here, NO CALL/NO SHOW. Email, still no anwser. Call, no answer. Finally get through and told, that they couldn't deliver because I wasn't there. SO Asked for new delivery date and told it will take a week as they dont even have my order (so how did you attempt to deliver if you don't have it). Between Van Air and CEVA, cannot believe Costco would use such shady contractors.
