This review is for Sarah R**** and Underdog Training of Houston. On Monday, May 31, 2022, our two-year old Samoyed, Einstein, died under Sarah’s care. Our 5 month old Samoyed, Kramer, was also under Sarah’s care at the time. After picking up Kramer, we brought him to our veterinarian who diagnosed Kramer with giardiasis and a bacterial infection in his skin. I have attempted to contact Sarah three times after I picked up Kramer, but Sarah has not returned any of my messages. I share all of this only to help ensure that no other dogs die or get sick.

This review is missing a lot of information. Your dog did pass away here. It was an extremely traumatic event for everyone involved. We do this because we LOVE dogs. But he died from anaphylactic shock. Not from foul play, neglect or abuse. In fact, the vet confirmed to you that we did everything we could including CPR on the way to the emergency vet. Kramer got giardia because he’s a poop eater in group Even though we would consistently pick up the dog feces, Kramer would eat it when the other dogs were actively relieving themselves. He got a bath the day he left and no skin irritations were visible or noted. We strive to keep every dog healthy and happy. Nothing could have prepared us for this tragic accident. Every dog that comes to us we treat as if they are our own and love them just the same. We are still willing to provide a refund to you, as per the agreement we made after the passing of Einstein. Again, we are truly heartbroken and extend our sincerest apologies.
