      Service person was right on time for job and was very informative on what he was going to do and did the job quickly, and cleaned up whatever needed to be done (which wasn’t much). I’m very happy with the work he did!

      Over the last 10 years Harmony Electric has completed several projects in my home. Whether routine or complex, the work has been completed to the highest standard. Their technicians are professional, highly skilled and know their codes. In addition they are respectful and just plain nice guys!

      Once again, Harmony Electric saved the day with fast, friendly, expert service. A plug-in socket box for a new dishwasher, a new 3-way switch box for kitchen lights and fan: 'routine repairs' like this can turn out to be 'anything but' routine in a 1905 cottage. These guys understand historic homes and share a real commitment to keeping these structures going strong and safe for another century, at reasonable prices. That's why they've been looking over mine for over 30 years.

      I have used this company exclusively for years to correct others electrical errors at my residence. The skilled electricians are professional and know the Harris County codes! This company's owners, Dennis and Laura V******** have been serving the Houston area for many years. I recommend them highly.

      I have given this company 1 star only because the review wouldn’t be accepted with no stars. These people are the worst of the worst. I hired them as they are a locally owned small business. The initial work that was done wasn’t completed-just needed some lightbulbs added. I paid in full including a 4% credit card fee which I now understand is illegal in our state. When the same electrician came back to install lightbulbs he worked on the switches. Then nothing worked but he had to leave. He came back today to fix the issues not exactly how they should be, but I wanted him to leave. He told me he’d be back in a minute with an invoice! I asked why I needed to pay again for his fixing work he hadn’t done correctly. He started yelling at me and I calmly said I’d call his office and discuss. As he was leaving he said “Don’t forget I know where you live”. I asked if he was threatening me and as he slammed my front door he replied “Yes”. I called Harmony Electric and spoke with the owner. She denied everything saying this man would never threaten anyone and started screaming at me. I hung up. As a recent widow I am very shaken and nervous. I’ve notified all my neighbors if they do see a Harmony Electric truck on our block to please either let me know or call the police. The WORST MOST FRIGHTENING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!

      We respectfully disagree with the above account of the service call by our 5 star technician who has tried valiantly to help this customer whose wiring was performed by an unqualified person. She told us it was her husband. All three way switches were wired incorrectly but she didn't want us to make all the repairs. We had told her several times that her electrical needed to be corrected. All of this is documented. She told him she was satisfied with his work. When the tech was finished and tried to collect payment, she refused to pay and when he asked her to sign the ticket, she refused to sign. He told her that was fine and we would just mail the invoice as the address was on the ticket. She told him she shouldn't have to pay. She screamed at him and told him to get the hell out, so he did. She then called the office and I told her we couldn't do work for free and that she needed to pay her bill. She then started screaming and accusing my tech of threatening her and I simply said, 'Oh no, no, no, you will not talk about our tech that way" and she hung up. She has since slandered our company and our tech, threatened to tell all her neighbors that he threatened her and advised them to call the police if they see one of our trucks on their street. The tech is a five star rated licensed journeyman electrician who has been with us for many years. I stand by my employee and wish her the best. We're sorry for the loss of her husband, but threatening and slandering our business and our employee is uncalled for.
