I recently began receiving correspondence from a collection agency by the name of PRS collections. PRS informed me that Brook and Mays H&H contacted them for help collecting on my past due balance or for the return of the instrument. I in turn, reached out to Brook and Mays and was informed by Gracie *****, a customer service representative with the company, to return the item to the home store to clear my account. I agreed to return the saxophone so that my account would be cleared. Once Gracie informed me that I could return the item to the store, I continued to receive harassing texts from PRS. PRS informed me that although I will be returning the saxophone, I still owe a balance to their company. I will not pay a balance to a company that I have no contractual obligation to. I informed PRS that I have no business with them and I would like them to stop contacting me. Shortly after contacting PRS,Gracie the representative with Brook and Mays informed me through email that I will not be able to return the saxophone until I speak with PRS collections and that all correspondence with Brook and Mays is over at this time. I feel I am being harassed and forced to pay the company PRS monies that I don't owe them! I have the saxophone it is in great condition I would like to return the instrument to Brook and Mays so that I may clear my account with the store that I have an obligation to. Brook and Mays is not upholding their word and they are attempting to force me to pay a company I have no obligation to.
