      Purchased a motor from this company. The technician told me the part number which was wrong so when the motor came in it did not fit at all so waiting to return the motor. Purchased another motor that did fit it works great but now they will not return the original first motor that has never been installed, waiting to get away to return the motor to get my money back for the first motor which was For a motor I can’t use because it’s the wrong size that the original technician that answered the phone told me I needed

      I gave them one-star because zero wasn't available. Don't waste your money! I had to ask for a tracking number before they shipped it 9 days later. They sent it to the wrong address, I made that work, it ended up being the wrong part, requested a return code, received that 5 days later. Paid for the insurance, spent the $60.00 to send it back in perfect condition (original packaging) they would have charged a 20% re-stocking fee if they had acknowledged the return. Once they received it, they ghosted me. No response or reason behind the no refund. They will cheat you without hesitation. Followed ALL of their rules, no refund, no response. A $600.00 lesson. My business will go back to *** ****** much easier to deal with PROFESSIONALS. I would like to say it's like they have never done this before, but I think it is their business model. THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

      I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping. I used PayPal to protect myself. Instead of processing the expedited order, they sent an email requesting I provide verification of my mailing address. I didn’t see that email until the next day after I inquired about tracking. I stated my displeasure with the delay and suggested how they could improve customer service, including asking for address verification in their order confirmation email, and not needing verification when orders are paid with PayPal. I used business appropriate language and will gladly provide copies of the emails as proof. Their response was to cancel my order. I paid for expedited shipping, and now my project is going to be late due to their policies and their decision to cancel my order. That is not good business on their part, in my opinion. But maybe their business is healthy enough that they don’t care to hear that a customer is disappointed and deciding on their own to cancel my order.

We have caught a great deal of fraudulent purchases by reaching out to our customers to confirm shipping addresses prior to shipping on orders over $500. Most customers are appreciative. We understand that you felt this process to be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize that we felt it best to cancel and refund your order. We greatly care about our customers and take online fraud very seriously. There are larger companies that will just take your money and ship. We are here to help with diagnosing issues, identifying parts, help during installation, honor warranties, and take care of our customers. Your order was for a very expensive part and we wanted to verify with you before having it dropped at your doorstep. We needed to verify that we could ship with signature required and verify your shipping address with you. We understand this was frustrating and we do apologize.
