  I had a check return they went through criminal proceedings rather than notifying me of problem so I could pay them, and on top of that they cashed the following months check knowing that they were not going to render service with a demand for previous month. Payment already being processed by attorneys office. I would understand if they had a problem of several attempts to collect. But less than a month for trash service. That seems to be a little desperate.

  MAKE ME LAUGH, THIS MAN HAS SENT US THREE CHECKS FOR SERVICE THAT WERE ALL RETURNED FOR INSUFFICENT FUNDS AND NEVER PAID THE FINE WE RECEIVE FROM THE **** FOR A FAILED CHECK, THE CHECK WAS PRESENTED TWICE AND WE ARE TIRED OF HIS BS. HE WAS TWO MONTHS BEHIND WHEN THIS LAST CHECK CAME IN AND SINCE IT DID CASH WE OF COURSE KEPT IT TO SATISFY HIS LACKING PAYMENTS. IF HE WOULD ADMIT HE HAS A PRACTICE OF DOING THIS AND NO I WILL NOT REFUND ANYTHING AS HE STILL IS IN ARREARS FOR FEES AND THIS WILL BE SATISFIED WITH THE PAYMENT I WILL RECEIVE FROM THE COUNTY WHEN HE HAS TO MAKE THIS LAST CHECK GOOD.  HE SAYS HE IS DISABLED AND COLLECTS A GOVERNMENT CHECK BECAUSE HE IS UNABLE TO FUNCTION MENTALLY, SURPRISE HE CONTACTED YA'LL , MAYBE HE OUGHT TO GET A JOB AND STOP BEING A DRAIN ON SOCIETY. AFTER ALL DOESN'T HIS JEHOVAHS WITNESS IDEOLOGY TELL HIM TO PAY HIS BILLS AND FOLLOW THE *** OF THE ***** HE ALWAYS TELLING US ABOUT IT

  I am rejecting this response because:    

  I was not two months behind I Was two  weeks behind...  I am providing 5 months worth of checks cashed by my bank made payable to rurl wast management one another you will find that **** through Dec.all cleard... except November which  was paid directly to the ***** rembeing that I did not receive service for Dec, during the 7 years plus of service with rural waste I have had two interruptions "they stop picking up your trash"...so to have service reestablished.  You have to pay your bill... *** once was I  Informed of additional fees, if so I would have paid them...based on my strong Religious belief to pay what you owe.. 

  I joined the army when I was 17.  It involved signing a contract  which intitled me to benifits and retirement...reviewed by the Department of the Army and Veterans Affairs... their Awards are not leeching off of society I had to have had to have completed certain time/and service requirements to be eligible for them. Which I Did, as a Paralegal in the Judge ************************** And As a Air Born Ranger...2d Ranger Bn, Fort *****, WA ...

  In fact society reflects its I guess approval of special operations vets with mental conditions there's a movie called leathal weapon starring ******************* as a ex 1st special forces operator.. (DELTA). Now a Cop. Out to save the Day.  Those movies are always block busters. Have you seen any of them.

  A civil issues should be handled in a civil court.. the fact is mistakes happen people issues bad checks because they may have forgotten about their new subscription to YouTube  or was in a hurry and used the wrong Red debit card. You give that person  leniency.  For example  "Hay you need to pay up" and a fee is the norm.    Hot check is a criminal matter.. knowing that I don't have funds to cover the check and have no intentions of paying. I don't and did not fit that specification and when there was an issue of paying I payed.

  plus I never mentioned anything about being a Jehovahs witness, in my original complaint so let God's name be sanctified which you can find at psalms 83:18... There is nothing I can do to Blemish God's holy name... however Satan has tried over and over again and failed.

  I was not able to load a check for Nov cause no check was cashed payment was made directly to DA and Dec was cashed By Rural waste with no service Rendered.

  1. yes the complainant was two months behind due to hot checks,

  2. he conveniently laid out that he had successfully had 5 checks go thru but, conveniently forgot to add the check for the month preceding this list as it did not go thru

  3. as he has consistently shown his inability to be honest and deal with his shortcomings I refuse to allow him to use this for any more purpose.

  4. above you will see the bank proof of the checks and as we always send out notices with our $10 fee for lack of timely payment he has no leg to stand on and I am thru with this

  I am rejecting this response because:   

  Putting a civil issue into a criminal arena before it is a criminal issue is bad buisness the fact is I was less than a month late. Because if I was two months late from nov ,as stated by yourself then we would have been in the month of Jan we are just getting into January 9th...and the complaint was established ************************************************************************************ the rears for any other month
