9/23/22 at 11:30 dropped ******* ******* off at oil and lube bay for oil an filter change. Cabin filter and wiper blades replaced and bought a shampoo detail that was supposed to cover the entire inside of car. Paid $294 and went home when car was ready at nearly 4 pm. When I Got home husband called and asked me how well they did. So I went out and looked closer at the car. This is when I saw the rugs rolled up and left in back on the hump. When I pulled them out of the car and unrolled them they were literally dripping water. As I started to look closer the left floor was dry and dirty and the right side soaked and saturated. Thats when I realized they did not even shampoo the entire floor and Water was dripping out of all of the floor Mats. There was still hair and dirt under the seats and in the rear seat pockets. Between the seats were still dirty and under rear side of seats were dirty. The head liner was still dirty and untouched. The door jams were untouched. The car was left in worse condition due to excessive water in carpets. It will likely mold and stink now from the hot summer days. We asked manager for our money back after driving there 1.5 hrs round trip and waiting for 4 hours and he refused. He wanted us to come back and wait again for them to fix what they did not do correctly the first time. We were very dissatisfied and disappointed. We only asked for the shampoo fee to be refunded. We paid good money for a service and did not receive a proper service or a complete job. I also noticed some damage in the car but I am unsure where it came from. This is when I decided to make a formal complaint.
