I ordered a whole house generator from ****** Electric/Ecovolt 8/2021 with a proposed delivery/installation date of 6-8 months. When this time frame came up, no word from Ecovolt. I contacted them to learn it is a delivery issue. Next month, same, next month, same, etc for the next 6 months after the 8 month proposed date. They NEVER contacted me. When I was able to speak to them, they were extremely rude and unapologetic. They broke their agreement, but wanted me to pay a 20% cancellation fee when I said enough, I want my money back. Now I cannot even contact them, no answer. DO NOT do business with them. They go by ****** Electric, Ecovolt Electrical Services LLC, and **********************. Huge scammers.

DO NOT USE ECOVOLT!!! I used them spent $10,000.00, he gave me 2 years of maintenance, which equated to 2 oil and filter changes. They came out the first time after 3 months of phone calls to get them to come and do it and threatening to give a bad review. they finally came. I have cameras aroound my house the first time he didnt even change the oil but said he did. When i checked my cameras and i called him out on it he came and actually changed the oil. Then he overfilled the oil by 2 full quarts so when the generator came on a week later for the weekly 10 minute exercise it was smoking so bad my neighborhood was full of smoke. He wouldnt come and fix it so I called another company *************************. They fixed it and gave me a **** for $195.00 to fix it with the diagnostic on the ****. I called ***********************/ Owner never answered so I emailed him and sent the **** he said he would pay it NEVER PAID IT!!! *********************** is a joke dont believe what he says he will out right lie. Im permenantly disabled and small business owner myself, I dont know about you but anyone can sell a product but service after means everytthhing to me especially a promiise in writing!!! I made a deposit for a generator system for my home in Augest last year. They said they were 5- 6 months out on installs due to shortages etc. I'ts been 6 months and I havent heard from anyone and now I cant get ahold of anyone to see what the schedule is for the install. None of the phone numbers I've found work and the recording services just hangs up.
