      A complete waste of money!!! Too many loopholes to not cover or reimburse any repair or replacement. A complete shame that people buy this in good faith, thinking they have protection!! Really does not even deserve full one star rating.

      This has been the worst experience dealing with this company. It took over two and a half months to get my dryer fixed. Misdiagnosed repair to several no show appointments. Four days later my washer broke. It is now over a month and a half later still not fixed. My husband took off again today because they always give you an 8 hour window. They never showed. This has been frustrating experience and it didnt help me when the woman that does the inflexibility scheduling said that is why she never buys extended warranties.

      Never used service and when trying to get the 50% via check or in-store credit.. I was jumping through hoops (which they have documented several calls) long waiting times for customer svc. lots of transfers and disconnect and told different request by different phone associates...Bought Refrigerator in July 2019 with the New Leaf service..., ice maker didn't work and couldnt fix it by Whirlpool so Whirlpool took that one away and exchanged for a new one which I finally received in January 2020..(6 months later) {{{{{the new one has been great and never needed anything.....}}}}} on the ******** contract the serial number to the new refrigerator had been changed, but not the delivery date for the new replacement refrigerator.. they kept the old july 2019 date.. but it should have been changed date of delivery Jan. 2020, which I would actually have until January 2025 to request rebate.... along with changing the serial number model number.. so moving along.. We submitted the paperwork on July 17 2024. (have to do it withing 30 days of service ending.) They didn't process it until 12 days after end time and denied the 50% giveback saying it was late.. as they know I had been working with them since the beginning of July 2024 to get everything they wanted to them.. (they only do this giveback via **** mail...) and I was told to go to **** and get proof that I mailed my paperwork July 17th 2024.. at this point is not about the 50% back, but how the company deceives the buyer and makes it as difficult as possible as not to giveback... so buyer beware.. due diligence. 5 years later you have to remember everything and have what they request for the deal.. Find another warranty *** contract. don't let them sell you something that you won't forget in the 5 year waiting process that has so many things you have to do... or they don't want to actually work with the consumer... The Emperor's New Clothes syndrome.This is my experience and my opinion..

      just another deceitful response from this company.. I have never responded to a company like this before.. We have been in commutication with this company from the beginning of July doing what they asked me to do and they have record of the couple of calls logged in.. ... I don't know why or when my submission was received by them they can't provide a proof of delivery. actually sent out July 17th by **** mail to a PO Box, only way they do it.... they say by the time it crossed their desk it was evidently 12 days later.. and said it was to late... but this guy has such an issue attitude (talked on the phone with him) . Gone are the days of customer **********************.. as I searched the web about this company I found alot of people who for one reason or another didn't get thier 5 year later 50% back either..... Shame on New Leaf Service.. not working with an old lady, but to just blow me off... I am passed the $70 instore or check in the mail.. my faith in humanity is getting less because of people like this...       I will never purchase a service contract with New Leaf again. I had a full service contract on my outdoor refrigerator which was confirmed by seller BBQguys. ******** did not honor the contract and only offered 50pct of replacement value of a unit under 5 year contract. They are a scam and it's absolutely ridiculous that they do not honor contracts.Bbqguys, stepped up and replaced and highly recommend them as they have great customer support.

Based on this information, we were able to proceed with a settlement offer in the form of a cash payout.

      Please note that the plan has a limit of liability that does not exceed the purchase price. This limit is based on the original amount paid for the refrigerator at the time of purchase. We have processed the settlement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the protection plan.

      HORRIBLE company that does not honor their protection plan that you buy. Bought the 5yr plan when I purchased my appliance package with Good Deals appliance store. After 18 months my dishwasher started leaking water down the right side of the machine onto the kitchen floor. Service company replaced bottom gasket but leak still persisted. Second service call recommended the inside tube and gasket be replaced as there has been a problem with this model Whirlpool dishwasher. ******** refused to fix the issue stated it was "cosmetic" due to abuse. How does someone abuse a dishwasher is beyond me and prove it to me that it was abused. The only thing cosmetic about the issue was the pretty dish towel that I had to put on floor to absorb the puddle of water that would accumulate during the wash cycle. There would also be soap residue on the top inside of the door after the wash cycle proving that the appliance was not sealing properly. DO NOT purchase any protection plan from this company.

      Seeing a lot of complaints about poor communication, and I couldnt agree more Had an issue with our washing machine that is still covered under warranty. Placed a call with them to have a technician come out to look at it. The initial visit didn't fix the problem and it continued having the same issue. Placed another service call and was told it would be 4-6 weeks before they could have an in-market technician come back out. However, they have a "reimbursement program" where an out-of-market tech will come out and they'll reimburse whatever charges you incur after you pay them.If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Had someone come out and diagnose the same issue. Submitted my invoice to claim reimbursement and was told it wasn't eligible because it was maintenance and not a true repair. No where does it say on the reimbursement instructions that only qualifying repairs will be repaid, nor was that how it was explained to me on the phone. I'm not a technician (which was why I called in the first place) but evidently you need to know what the problem is ahead of time in order for it to be worthwhile. Cherry on top, not only am I out the $200 for the 2nd visit, I was told I should be expecting an additional bill for the first visit, which I was never told about or else I wouldnt have requested a 2nd trip. I have no qualms with either of the technicians who came and performed the service, they were both friendly and very professional, but the issue was never fully resolved and now I have to pay double for maintenanceI would sooner buy a new washer than ever use this company again

He recommended adhering to the suggested detergent usage guidelines and performing clean wash cycles on a regular basis. Please be aware that this type of service is not included under the terms of the contract. The contract specifically covers mechanical or electrical failures, while preventative maintenance is not part of the coverage. Additionally, one of our agents is currently reviewing your calls to assess the possibility of covering one of the non-covered service calls. Thank you for your understanding.

      I bought a freezer warranty with them and its been a horrible experience. My freezer stopped working over a month ago and it's still not fixed. They keep sending a local company to fix it but they cannot get it right. They come by every week or so with another part and still not working.
