      In December 2023 a package of coffee, fig ***** was purchased from a tj *************** product in the package was undrinkable, resembling dirt in the package.I have tried to contact the company via email, on line form at figbros.com, and calling ***********.No communication has been returned Calling the phone number made me aware that the company is *******'s LLC. I assume the figbros coffee name must be an off shoot company.I would like compensation for the product purchased.

      I have followed up with company last week based on the request they stated in BBB complaint, and have not heard back. I am not ready to decline or accept follow up since I havent gotten follow up from email that I sent.

      I ordered sauces November 16th and have no shipping info or anything. I emailed, no response, I called, voicemail with no callback.

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution, however having a lot of orders is not a proper excuse for setting expectations, missing those, and then not communicating.

      I purchased melindas siracha wing sauce on 3/19/2022 and glanced at the nutrition facts on the back of the package and it stated zero grams of sugar incl. 0g added sugar 0%. I later made a meal and used the sauce, as I was eating I read the list of ingredients and one of the ingredients is "sugar" so how can a product contain zero grams of sugar if one of the ingredients is sugar? I emailed melindas and explained and asked for a refund which the coo said wasn't a problem but she needed my order number, I explained I purchased this from a grocery store and didn't save the receipt but I had a picture of the product in my hand. I requested $4.99+ 6.35 CT state sales tax. I now it may sound petty to want a refund for one bottle of sauce but it's the principle I mean why falsely advertise your product and be deceptive. This also happened with another bottle of their garlic parm sauce which is falsely advertised as having zero sugar and let it go. Melindas haven't responded to my response email on 03/30/2022 that's why I'm posting this. In the picture I uploaded you can clearly see nutritional facts and then look at the list of ingredients. Thank you

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/31) */ We emailed with this customer on 3/30/22 at which time he explained his issue and that he wanted a refund. We agreed to refund him and asked him for his name address and phone number, he replied that he did not purchase it directly from our Company, he purchased it from a grocery store, we were still willing to send him a refund regardless and asked him again for his full name and address so that we could comply with his request. Our last email to him was asking him for his full name and address, the customer then sent another email an hour later with only a photo of the sauce, still no name and address. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/04/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I would except a refund but they never emailed me back! They only stated what is your name on your order number which I do not have because the product was purchased from a grocery store so I emailed them stating this and never received a response stating ok no problem just give me your name and address and we will issue you a refund. Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/04/01) */ I just received and email from malindas foods and they are issuing me a refund... thank you I am satisfied with this resolution.
