I had a 2021 Silverado that I took to a Berkshire Hathaway Dealership called Reliable Chevrolet in *************. When they were doing service they ran my truck into a box truck damaging the front end when the truck was only 6 months old. I worked with the ** and was able to get a swap to a new vehicle and pay the difference and since interest rates went up and so did new vehicles I ended up paying an additional 150 a month. Fast forward a year and a half later I take my new 2022 Silverado to ********** ********* in ****** near my work for an oil change and front end alignment. An hour later they call saying they side swiped another vehicle in the parking lot. I kept getting the run around from the service team and I was trying to work with the sales team in swapping again. Neither of which really wanted to help me. The dealership has told me the truck is fixed twice now and both times I go in and I can still see ripples and indentions where the accident was. I am extremely disappointed that I can't make it out of the 36k warranty without a Berkshire Hathaway Dealership wrecking my vehicle then trying to give it back with very low quality work. I would never recommend anyone use these dealerships.

I bought a Chrysler Voyager from ************* in ***********, owned by Berkshire. There was a known issue that the salesman said would be fixed before I drove it off the lot. They did not fix it. When I brought it in, the salesman asked me if I would wait to have it fixed when the Mechanical Protection Plan kicked in- 30 days after I purchased. Stupidly, I agreed. They set me up with a loaner. I was without my car for over a month. The salesman called after a couple weeks demanding I bring the loaner back because they sold that one. I argued with him for a week, before he came to me and swapped out the loaner. I got a call a week later demanding I bring the loaner back, saying they were just doing me a courtesy and they were not going to supply me with another. I argued with the manager and told him the full story, he then agreed to supply another loaner (this likely wouldn't have happened if it werent for the help of *****************, the customer relations person). I was finally able to pick up my car (they had to send it to a Dodge dealership to fix) and it turns out there were multiple things wrong with it. The *** only covered part of it. The dealership agreed to pay for the part that wasn't covered (which was the known issue). A few hours later, the check engine light was on and there are multiple other issues. This car was absolutely sold to me with known issues. It did not go through any maintenance while on the lot before I drove it away. The salesman and his manager treated me horribly and acted like they were doing me favors, when in fact, they were in the wrong. I am currently still without my own vehicle, because it needs further repairs. The only way for this dealership to make it right would be to let me return the car with a full refund.I would never in a million years recommend buying a car from a dealership owned by this company. They hire people who are unethical and care only about making money and not about providing safe and reliable vehicles.

Dishonest dealership! Made all kinds of promises when I bought the vehicle that never happened. Forced me to buy the Zatek protection on a car that the paint was already faded and damaged. I go in for the 6 month application and they tell me that the car needs to be cleaned before they can apply it. That would have been nice to know when I made the appointment.Car was purchased from ********** ******* *******

I purchased a vehicle from Camelback Ford Lincoln that is falling apart and unsafe to drive due to smoke coming from ac vents very dangerous considering their recall on carbon monoxide on this vehicles. I was told by the finance manager that they would take care of everything and to trust them as they are under Berkshire Hathaway a huge reputable company and that they take complaints very serious. All is a lie! They are all scammers and want to take your money! They sold an unsafe car and neglected to do any repairs! Now me and my kids are stuck with a dangerous vehicle!
