I have stayed at this hotel over 100 times. I have booked this hotel for friends, family, customers, as well as myself. Every time I come to Dallas I choose to stay here being a Wyndham rewards member. I booked my room In advance on my app because I knew I was coming to town for a concert. I called the day of March 25th to let them know I would be a late arrival as I was driving six hours in, going to the concert, then would be arriving at the hotel to check in. When I arrived at the hotel they told me they gave my room away. I was furious. No other hotels with rooms available due to the concert. That is not how you treat a very loyal customer who stays with you all the time. I am 100% sure they gave my room away because I am a rewards member and they can make more profit from a walk in. I will never stay at LaQuinta ever again. I will never book La Quinta for my customers, my family, my friends, or myself. I am super ****** at how La Quinta chooses to treat their long loyal customers. They just lost a very loyal customer. Thankfully ******* has many other properties aside from LaQuinta properties.Initial Complaint

My friend and I went on a cruise to Alaska. For better connections we booked a room at LaQuinta Inn near DFW for Aug 13 and 21. We stayed there on the 13th and on our way back our plane didn't land until 4:45 AM. After retrieving our bags we called the Inn and we're told we had no room because we didn't check in by2:00. No one told us we had to check it by 2:00. They refused to refund our money. I do not think this is fair because we had already paid for the room.
