Awful experience, the sales manager who wears the little yellow vest (*****)was very rude and unprofessional.. I purchased a 2023 rogue brand new with only 7 miles on the odometer.. four days later started having issues with the electronic system and ***************** on this vehicle. they have a guarantee you will be happy with your vehicle or you can give it back or exchange it for another vehicle within seven days I brought my car back within four days they would not honor the guarantee . They would not honor the guarantee and they would not fix the problem so now I am stuck with a car that I cant even Drive and **** to have major repairs They have done nothing but give me the runaround and lie to me.Review from Wynecia W

I went in trying to purchase a vehicle putting ***** down. They told me one price for the vehicle and then when I had it for a week is when it showed that my car notes were over $150 more than what I signed. I went back and they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about, exact words who told you that. got the car in 2022, I asked for a copy of my contract. They still havent given it to me to this day, alsomy glove compartment was broken and they kept giving me the run around about ordering the parts and they NEVER did. I had my temporary tag for over a month after it expired because everytime I came to check if they had it, they said they forgot about reported that I had it inspected to release the tag. Im just receiving a copy of contract from the financing company AND had no clue about the cars add ons, gps, warranty that I cant even use by the way . I have the proof of me asking multiple times, and even sending emails about all of this. They are just scamming and trying to meet their quota, BAD customer service. I called earlier today about my vehicles warranty and was placed on hold and then hung up on, I called again and asked for the number and they gave me the number to a credit card company just IDIOTSReview from Ashleigh R

On Monday, 11/6/23, My husband and I went into the Clay ********************** Nissan Irving dealership in homes of buying a cert pre owned 2023 Nissan Murano. ****, the sales manager, has a deceptive and dishonest sales practice. We found the fine print on the Irving Nissan website that the price of a vehicle includes the 1 yr of connected and protected packages. Includes means its free for a year and NOT an add on service that we didnt want. And the 1 year family guarantee is complimentary. If I could attach the screen shots, I would. **** probably knew this and didnt want to honor taking off the fees. Not only that when we couldnt close on the deal my husband is pretty sure he called him an a****** under his breath. And when questioned about it, told my husband he said absolutely. Therefore we wont be doing business with **** ********************** going forward.Review from Cynthia R

I went in and asked to have my car appraised for a possible trade in. I spoke with ***********************, who went and got someone from the finance department to fill out my guest sheet. I told them, in no uncertain terms, that I wanted my car appraised for a trade in. I was trying to get out of a predatory loan, and didnt want to pay at that APR anymore. He gets all my information and immediately runs my credit. I have a total of 16 new credit inquiries on my report. He and ****** then begin to try and get me to convince my boyfriend to co-sign, and they begin to tell me that I have to put down upwards of $5k in order to get a car. This entire time, they have not done the ONE THING I actually asked for. Appraised my car.My credit score has now gone down SEVENTEEN points thanks to their carelessness and stupidity. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving Response

We are saddened that ****************** was upset at our dealership trying to get her out of a bad with the sub-prime lender ******
Autos. The reason for the inquiries was ** trying to get a bank that would give her a better car with a lower interest rate. Unfortunately
they required a substantial down payment or a ********* to help us accomplish this. We did the appraisal and we will be more than happy
to give her the amount at her request. Please let us know if there are any other issues.

I didnt want the Sentra unfortunately Im a bigger person I was told that I couldnt get put in a lower year Nissan Altima. As I left and on my way to clay ********************** in ****** the Financial manger ************************* and ******* were texting me they told me they can beat the offer that clay ********************** in ****** was offering me. As I continued with my process with clay ********************** in ****** I signed papers I put insurance on the car and was told right before i I left that clay ********************** in Irving messed up and now I was required to put a **** dollar down payment. I've never run into bigger thieves and crooks in my life. Made a deal Verbally. When the contract came out every single item was changed. The price of the car the price they told me they were gonna give me for my trade in. The warranties they added on without asking. Have never been ripped off so bad in my life. Avoided all cost. Very dark hearted People that work there.Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving Response

On December 15th, I took my 2022 Rogue for service. The car was purchased and paid in full in September. While waiting for service to be completed. ****************** salesman approached my to consider upgrade to my current vehicle. I explained that my vehicle is paid for and was not interested in a trade in. Upon his assistance he want want me test drive around the parking lot. He directed me to finance to go over my credit. I was assured that an inquiry would not be done because I just purchased a vehicle in September. **** did pull my credit which was not necessary to do so. ****************** went over he sale and advise I would pay 10k more for the upgrade vehicle. I insisted I was not interested in taking more money out of my 401k to purchase another vehicle. He advised the cancellation fees would take care of the extra expense. I insisted I was not interested in paying more money for another vehicle. No customer should be badgered to make a purchase. I was only interested in getting my current vehicle serviced. I suspect unconscious bias as to why I being approached in the first place. I have been a Loyal owner since **** and have purchased 7 cars from the company. I was treated as if my loyalty was meaningless.Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving Response

Hello. Thank you for your response. I am disappointed that my credit was pulled by NMAC when the dealership pulled it from Capital One in September. Could the credit pull from NMAC be reversed? In addition why did ***** referred me to my previous salesman who was in the facility to assist me. Since I paid my current car off in a month, I could at least been offered a slight upgrade such as a SV. I was happy with the service done to my current vehicle.Customer Response

Hello thank you for your response. Can finance reverse the pull on my credit from NMAC? I had several pulls in September from Capital One. Why did the salesman Terri referred me to my previous salesman who sold my current vehicle. Do you think since my 2022 was paid in a month.that SV model would be more appropriate?. I am sad that I did not tell Terri to refer me to my previous salesman who did an excellent job. Unfortunately I do not remember his name. Have a great day.
