I signed contract Proposal #*** on May 14, 2024, for $3,100 for an extension of patio. We requested WHEAT LIGHT COLOR to be mixed-in concrete, plywood to protect newly sodded grass, 4" thick concrete as required by HOA. SUNDAY, 7-28-24: Crew was supposed to prep/set up forms for pour next day; didn't show up. Salesperson said crew couldn't access area for tools that man w/key was out of town 3 hours away, next day concrete boss said he didn't work on Sundays. MONDAY, 7-29-24: Crew set up forms, concrete was wheel-barrowed in, not pumped as stated in contract, did not have color; after troweling, Salesperson sprayed something on damp concrete - IT WAS NOT WHEAT LIGHT and looks a MESS! Salesperson said wait a few ************ would come through. Paid $3,100 in full as contract required, plus $100 for plywood to protect lawn. I phoned/or texted the Salesperson on the following days...TUESDAY 7-30-24, FRIDAY 8-2-24, SATURDAY 8-3-24, WEDNESDAY 8-14-24, THURSDAY 8-15-24, FRIDAY 8-16-24, WEDNESDAY 8-21-24, MONDAY 8-26-24, THURSDAY 8-29-24, FRIDAY 9-6-24, FRIDAY 9-13-24, FRIDAY 9-20-24, TUESDAY 9-24-24, MONDAY 9-30-24. Salesperson gave excuse after excuse, and as of TUESDAY 10-1-24 he has not responded to my phone call to come fix the problem. Some concrete repair needs to be done before staining with a liquid stain/sealer as some sides of patio were not finished smooth. I have pictures of the patio to show why the project is not acceptable, but I do not know how to upload them. I have documented all phone calls/texts and responses from Salesperson. *** wants to come and see that all was done per its rules. I think I've been very patient, but I am tired of being ignored, and I want the patio FINISHED.
