My motorcycle an Aprilia Tuono Factory 1100 was left with Ridenow Powersports of Canton to have a new front tire put onto the motorcycle in December 2023. Ridenow had the motorcycle for over a week and I had no call that the bike was finished, so I called. I was informed that my motorcycle was taken for a test ride and crashed. There is no reason this bike should have left the shop, I've had hundreds of tire put on motorcycles and never seen a test ride.Ridenow said they would repair the bike and are waiting on parts, but provided no diminished value, because I don't have to disclose the bike was ever crashed. So basically they want me to lie to a potential future buyer of the motorcycle. It is now the end of February and Ridenow still has not repaired the bike or provided compensation/loaner motorcycle for their failure.I am expecting the following:(1) A loaner motorcycle until the motorcycle is repaired (2) The motorcycle to be repaired utilizing Aprilia parts (3) The motorcycle be inspected by Aprilia for workmanship (4) Ridenow to pay compensation for diminished value on the motorcycle (5) Ridenow to pay compensation for prorated insurance from the time the motorcycle was wrecked to the point that the motorcycle is returned.

Horrible experience with ***** vindictive staff who lied every step of the way.1. Called ****** to verify a bike was in stock, the lied and said it was transferred. Asked ******** about it they lied and said it was totaled.2. ****** and the sales staff knowingly mis-represented a Scout Bobber 60 as a scout bobber, When I called this out the sales manager had the absolute **** to say "Well you didn't notice a difference" and tried to put it back on me. There's no excuse for people who sell motorcycles every day to not know the difference. 3. When i confronted them about the above and that I found a better price elsewhere, they begrudgingly offered 500 over the competitors rate. IDK why i purchased from them.4. They knowingly misrepresented the mileage (3rd degree felony) on the odo, and no one from the dealership signed the Title/Registration Application 5. The Improperly registered the address to my leasing office, no apartment number.6. They Claimed to have detailed and filled the tank, they didn't. And ****** SOMEHOW put my temporary tag on the motorcycle so poorly it blew off. Mind you they didn't put it on when the motorcycle was brought around, They let me drive all the way home before calling me back to the store for it.I need:1. The Motorcycle dealership to sign the Title/Registration Application and follow up with me in writing when the registration and titling process is complete.1b. I need a thorough and detailed explanation as to the timeline and process of my registration, 2. I need A replacement Temp Plate (preferably ***** overnight to my home) as well as the screws that were not properly attached to my motorcycle

On January 10th ****, I had an agreement to purchase a 2019 ****** motorcycle from "******** Powersports" in ******* **. I was communicating with ******, a sales associate, both through text messages and phone calls. We agreed on a price, I confirmed with her that I would arrive Saturday Jan 13th **** @ 1pm to pick up the bike. She agreed to send a walk around video of the bike ( I am 5 hours away in Jasper **** and told me how to have the cashiers check filled out, and also let me know she would be looking forward to meeting me at that time. This morning ( Friday Jan 12th ****) I drove to the bank to get the cashiers check, and text ****** to confirm the exact name of the payee. She replied with the name, and then a few minutes later text again stating the bike had been sold, and that the communication there was not very good. I called immediately and spoke with a manager that wanted nothing more than to tell me "how they do business ", no apology, nothing. I was never asked to make a deposit, and have a record of several texts from ******. I had withdrawn $8,000 from my 401k and purchased several accessories for the motorcycle, all for naught. I wish to lodge a formal complaint against this business. This has cost me approximately $1500 in parts I cannot use and taxes I had to pay on the withdrawal.

Date of transaction 10/27/2023 **************************, ***** ***** Amount Paid - $28,534.89 (check, credit card), 2016 Polaris slingshot(trade-in)Business commitment original commitment was $12k for trade-in Dispute Unethical sales practices; misleading pricing, deceptive pricing Resolution Sales manager did not offer any solutions, he requested I fill out a survey which goes back to him.Deal # - *****, Stock # HD858175 Issue Originally, Sales Manager offered me $12k for my trade-in which I declined. Then a week later the Sales Manager offered me $16k for my trade-in. So, I decided to move forward with the deal. When I reviewed the numbers, they added a lot of dealer costs which they said were normal charges other dealers would charge so I was getting a good deal. I accepted the deal based on my relationship and trust with the sales guys (did not cross shop them). The next day, I did more research and they lied about those charges being normal costs when you purchase a new bike. They inflated the total cost to give me less for my trade-in, ended getting about $10k. This is a unlaw deceiving unethical sales tactic. If the dealership continues to ignore this issue after the BBB complaint, then I will file a complaint with the *************************

I bought this Polaris Sportman, **** XP in October 27, 2022. The machine came defect. I took it for a spin take it for a ride with my wife and the machine. It was already smoking white smoke so I called the dealer and tell them about it, they say it was nothing wrong. It was probably the weather so I didnt pay attention. Because they told me it was the weather it was cold, but later on, Ill take it for the second time and thats when everything went south start making this loud noise coming from the engine into a point did the engine shut down they charge me for the warranty I took it back to the dealer and they send a claim to Polaris. ******* said that theyre not going to honor the warranty because according to them water, it was injected into the engine was I dont see how that happened I went back to Power ******************* Sport I spoke to them. They tell me that same thing what Polaris told them that water was injected into the engine so I spoke to them I was paying for something practically new I only make two payments if not three when that happened now they dont want to honor the warranty and they want me to pay almost $9000 for the repair on a brand new piece of equipment and I dont think its fair when I was paying for the warranty and they dont want to honor the warranty. Scam. They offered $6000 for the bike. I declined. A couple weeks later they raised their offer to $6500, and I accepted. They said I must send all paperwork including a picture of the title within 72hrs now that the deal is finalized. They said the bike would be picked ** in **** days. They then waited 2 weeks before telling me that they changed their minds and now wanted to revise the deal to $5300. Which was even lower than their original offer. Why would they think I would go down from the $6500 they bought the bike for, much less go below the $6000 I already declined. After I told them there would be no revision to the the deal we both agreed to they ended contact. This is a scam, you will not get any money from them for selling your bike.

I listed my motorcycle for sale on 07/09/2022. I have since sold my motorcycle to a third party without using their service. I still keep getting spam emails from Rumble On. I cannot unsubscribe from emails as they keep claiming emails related to listings cannot be unsubscribed. They do not have an option to delete old listings. They are using that excuse to keep spamming my email. I have asked them to remove my listing and delete my account. No response has been received.
