This company started on our house in May 2022 and come November 2022 they were still not finished. They started interior work with no permit. They did the work 3 times incorrectly u til they got another crew who could not fix it either. They left all our material outside in the rain before using. It has been a nightmare from the start. Not only they still didn't correct anything the patio they did they did incorrectly and is starting coming apart immediately. They couldn't even get paint right no straight lines they put the crown molding on incorrectly. They pit the wrong size windows in our house and cased them with incorrect wood. After almost 50,000 they expect more money for this terrible work. They will not provide me with an itemized bill so I can see what they charging for every line item,and they also will not get me an updated insurance and license for the state of Louisiana. Aside from thr terrible work they also dented our refrigerator,stole our expensive ladder and messed up some of our brand new items we bought. This is has been a total night are for me and my husband that is still going on. Please beware of this fraudulent company. After further investigation they have another business under their name and another office in Irrving Texas. There location here in ******,La they left without notice to where they moved to.Customer response

No they have not reached out to me they have actually blocked me from calling them and they moved out of their office they had here in Kenner,LA. I have put in a complaint to the contractors associations and they are bringing them to trail sometime this year.Business response

Dear ******,
I am sorry that I have not responded to the below notification. I believe we spoke briefly on June 9, 2023. I wanted to respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer *******************. To sum up everything that has happened, ******************* wanted All American Roofing & Siding to submit a fraudulent invoice to her insurance to collect a check. When I told her I wouldn't be able to do that her husband and herself became very aggressive and even tried to fight me on their property. We completed the repairs **************** done, she complained about small issues and refused to pay us our balance of $44,000. After this we started having problems and even have filed a lawsuit against her for refusing to pay. As you can see from our previos records we have never had any issues with other customers however with her it was impossible to make her satisfied. Can you please reopen that case and reinstate our BBB this is highly important to our company and we would like to clear everything up.
Please let me know if we need to do anything else to move forward. We look forward to hearing back.

I am rejecting this response because: The person ***** who is responding to this was never there she is the wife of *********************. ***** is who I dealt with. She never came to see any of the work or anything that was going on until after months of being patient with ***** to get things right did she try to step in and didn't want to do anything then she blocked me and they moved their building where they were in ******,** and never heard from them again and this was after we asked for receipts which they said they would provide and they never did . I have spoke to another lady that they did the same thing to. They took her money and didn't finish the job in her house she just didnt have the time or money to report them. The part about doing a fraudulent invoice is a lie. ***** came in gave a price he said would be for everything which was $61,250.00. He told me that would be everything including the **Vac work. That was the only reason I agreed to let him do the work because he was higher then what my insurance was even paying. Secondly I had to have another contractor come in and redo the bathroom,living room,and dining room because the work was completely wrong and that came out of my money not insurance. The insurance is aware of what they did and I submitted the invoices from the other contractor that had to come behide them and finish the work correctly. It was major work not like ***** is saying. Also the total is not $44,000.00. I will break it down below.
The total of the work was $61,250.00
I paid $30,625.00 up front
Then another $10,000.00(which is suspose to be for the **Vac work that was never done I was suspose to have a brand new unit) The insurnace company said should be giving us that back to me since they did not do the complete unit which is what they were going to pay to get done.
Then $7,500.00 out of pocket for windows that was not included in insurance work. They installed the windows incorectly and left it. So $44,000.00 is not the number.
They left my house a mess, it was painted 2 different colors and the back patio was as well.
My husband and I were very patient with ***** the whole time and he kept saying we going to fix it and they never did this went on for months they had to kept getting more people to come because they couldn't do the work and was not certified and they told me they were but they couldnt show me the proof that they were and would send another person and this went on for months .. Nobody ever got out of line with them but we were very frustrated because we gave them a lot of money for poor work and no finished work. They even had people come put up gutters that were all strached up we had them take it down and he said he would have more put back up that never happened either.
Me personally I think it was a race issue with them. They saw us and just gave us whatever they wanted and didnt take care of the work like they would have for a million dollar house.
We went through alot with Hurrican ***. Out neighbors tree fell on our house and for them to come in and take our money and leave a horrible job is very unethical and unprofessional.

I sure hope you all consider what this company did to my house and not keep them with A plus because they definitely do not deserve to keep that standing to say the lease. I don't understand how companies like this stay in good standing this is why they keep getting away with this. he only lying to keep their standing. They need to do rigth and at least give me my second payment back of $10,000.00 fr hvac work as they did not do the hvac they were supsoe to do and they couldnt even provide receipts of eveything they did they just up and move out of the buildig in ******,** and was no where to be found.
