I purchased a jeep in Feb 2022 from Benchmark. There were some issues crack in the window and hole in the front bumper. They put in my contract that they would fix it. The window was fixed. The bumper, they have given me the run around with it. I left my car there multiple times during the first 30 days due to issues (extremely low transmission fluid, low differential fluid, windshield wipers fluid line not connected and damaged, gas cap sensors(still not fixed) and some other issues). Each time i left the car i was told the person who does the body work wasn't there or he had left. My car was never taken care of. the 30 agreement was now over the 30 days. I have asked multiple times. I work everyday and can't just leave the car there for multiple days. after almost 2 years of this I was connected with *****************************. I have emailed her 8 times with little to no help. she does not return my calls nor does she respond to my emails. i have asked her 3 times to connect me with someone who works in ********* that could help me and she has not responded. I have called multiple times and she does not call back. The services staff and operators are very nice and pleasant. But this is not getting my car fixed. They breached their contract when they did not get the car fixed when i left it there. they have done nothing to make this right. I have spoken to an attorney and with my email documents, the contract, and the multiple times I left my car there, i could take this to small claims court. I was advised to file a BBB complaint first.Initial Complaint

They are calling me about every other month stating pay ************* are stating that i received money from years ago this last one was from elite cDh loans date is for ***** of 2019 .they have called for other loans datung back to 2014.Initial Complaint

I visited Benchmark for physio for around 6 months. At around 3 months I received a high bill and called to find out what the issue was. I was told by Benchmark that this was an issue with their billing and my insurance and that an agent would resolve it and call me back. No one from Billing called. I did get a call from the local Benchmark who were as frustrated as I am to learn that they had been undercharging me per the instructions of Benchmark billing. I now have a bill of over $500 and I am a graduate student with low income. Had I known physio would have cost this much I would not have had six months of sessions and now I cannot afford sessions. I have tried to call them to resolve the issue and there is no answer. I feel like I have been misled by Benchmark and their incompetence has meant I have been deliberately undercharged and had large bills accruing with no idea. I have been told by the local office that I am one of many customers this has been happening to.
