I ordered a T-shirt April 28th and have not received. Owner has been in contact by email, sometimes responds sometimes doesnt. Any time I mention about pick up, no response. I also ordered some preorder items back in January that were suppose to be ready in February. It is September and still no items. I have asked owner she states they were unable to get the items and that the refund was processed. I have not received any refund. She stated she would check on it and I havent heard from her since.Initial Complaint

I ordered a shirt from this company. It was never shipped. I have emailed the company, messaged the boutiques ******** page and messaged the owner. There has been no response to any of my messages, I am just wanting a refund or the product I purchased.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for $69.28 (invoice # ******) on August 4th, 2023 and have not received it. Contacted *********************** on Sept. 5th and she advised shed send a replacement order. It never arrived as of Sept. 17th. I messaged her 2 days ago. No response. I have now asked for a full refund.Initial Complaint

On May 30, 2023 I made a purchase of 7 shirts, one of which was a holiday shirt for the upcoming summer holiday. This boutique promised on numerous occasions to send me my order even if it meant separating the order. On July 24, 2023 a social media post was made where numerous women came forward saying they have had ongoing issues of ordering from this boutique and not getting their merchandise or a refund. The following day, July 25th I finally received an email stating she had refunded my total order. I checked my account only to find I was reimbursed for 1 shirt. I have been in contact with her in which she keeps saying it was refunded but has continued to extend the dates that I should have received my refund in my account. Its been 10 days and I still have not received my money.Business response

Date of transaction 4/26/23 They barely respond to private messenger on ******** or emails. They tell me my package is in ****************** and they have a sister that works for the post office and She would reach out to ********* and they still have not been able to find my package. Now their business page says DO NOT send messages reply by email because their business is closed until further notice. No response to emails since closed. Paid $76.28 Inv #****** and it shows on my online banking it was taken out. They advised my package should have been sent out 1-2 business days because it was in stock. To date I have not received my items. I see other comments on their page wondering about their items not received yet. The phone number on their FB page says its a vacant number.
