On 6/7/2024, Service Contractors Plumbing sent **** and another young man out to repair a pipe that had water running through my walls in the bathroom. Once the work was completed they left and the first thing I noticed was the dry wall mess he had left on my floor and the baseboards. That following weekend I looked up under the cabinet sink for cleaning supplies. And that is when I noticed the hole he had left in my wall.Needless to say, **** didn't mention it at all to **** have left three voice mail messages and a text and the company will not respond to **** want that hole fixed in my cabinet wall.

We got ******************** request from her home warranty company American Home Shield. Any time we have to make an access hole through the sheetrock American Home Shield is responsible for sending a drywall contractor out to repair the access holes that were made. We have been in contact with ******************** home warranty company and they said they would be reaching out to **************** so they can send a drywall contractor to repair the access hole that was made. We made **************** aware of what all would need to be done to make the repair and also advised her she would need to follow up with her home warranty company to have the access hole repaired.

Service Contractors Plumbing in short:1 - Lack expertise and knowledge 2 - Unprofessional 3 - With sole purpose of making $$$ for nothing Opened a case for leaking faucets. We got the technician who spent minimal amount of time, and diagnosed the leaking faucets with too high water pressure, and that a pressure regulator valve needed to be installed.Being an engineer, I was curious on the matter. Ordered a pressure gauge and tested pressure for all faucets, and I indeed had correct pressure (***** PSI).I could also find PRV valve that was already installed. So two incorrect diagnosis.Call the technician again. They passed by and confirmed the pressure is good. But this time they said they have to cut off the handle on the faucet to get to the cartridge and look at the cartridge to diagnose the leak. (Please note there only cause for a leak would be the cartridge, no other mechanism in the faucet valve.)And once they have diagnosed the leak to be the cartridge, they would need to replace the faucet. At the total cost of $1,155 ($385 per faucet handle for three handles). Please note that I had already sent them link to purchase entire faucet (including two handles) that costs $175 only.Called the technician again and explained that my home warranty insurance DOES cover replacement of leaking faucets already. So you don't need to cut of the handle, replace the cartridge, THEN replace the faucet. The representative from Service Contractors Plumbing basically said "I can not argue with you", and hung up!

In January Service Contractors came and repaired a water heater and installed a new one. As part of it they collected various fees. I am not seeking refund of total. JUST the AMOUNT for INSPECTION. One of that was $150 to get county/city approval inspection done. Till date after many many phone calls and reminders over more than 2 months yet to see anyone come to home. This is a scam of collecting inspection money which we can do ourselves and not providing that service. I want my $150 refunded. These days they are not responding to messages or picking up the phone also.
