Hail damage claim for repair of 2023 Chevrolet SIlverado 1500 (Black Widow)Met with *** for scheduled appointment and evaluation of shops capability to repair 18JUN23 *** agreed to repair. Owner signed contract 18JUN23. Notified vehicle ready for pick up 20SEP24. Vehicle info: 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Black Widow (Odometer: ***** miles), *** associated with Work Order ID: ******** USAA Claim Number: 015253515-801, specifically for PDR hail damage.Upon delivery of vehicle from the *** facility my husband and I identified multiple issues with the owner ******* of repairs not made UNDER OUR CLAIM and additional damages incurred to the interior and electronic system of our truck while at their facility. I identified these issues with the owner ******* at that time and sent an email in writing as notification. Upon final delivery of my vehicle, the following areas were found to be incomplete in relation to the agreed repair work for my USAA Claim:1.Passenger Side Rear Door: PDR hail damage still present, not repaired as per the work order.2.Tailgate: PDR hail damage still present, not repaired as per the work order.Additionally, while my vehicle was under the care of ***, the following new damages have been identified:1.Running Boards: Now ********************** Start/Stop Feature: Now Inoperable following repair work.3.Cuts in Leather Dashboard: Occurred after windshield replacement.4.Driver Door Trim: Shows excessive damage inside door was not present prior to *************** Widow Windshield Decal: Missing the black back-up tint and not replaced to match the original decal.6.Headliner: Has noticeable black stains after removal and installation of roof.7. Drivers side front tire wheel: Missing hardware and not attached properly

Mrs. ********* has just brought these issues to our attention today 9/25/2024 and has not given us time to address her concerns. We are more than happy to address all of her concerns, with her vehicle being a custom-built vehicle it will take some time to ensure the correct parts are ordered from the vendor who built her vehicle seeing they are located in a different state. We have never denied any repairs and we are more than happy to make it right with her, we will be reaching out to her to set up an appointment that is convenient to her, to address all of her concerns.
