    Pattern of Complaint:
    BBB files indicate that AutoParts Pro has a pattern of complaints concerning delivery of items and customer service. Specifically, consumers allege that AutoParts Pro provides an invoice, accepts their payment, and then does not provide shipping confirmation or a tracking number.  Consumers further allege after paying for their products, they had limited to no communication from the company.  Consumers allege non-delivery of their items, or the item delivered is not the item ordered and is in an inferior condition to the item ordered.  Consumers also allege AutoParts Pro has not responded to inquiries regarding requested refunds, or the refund is delayed.  Complainants allege numerous attempts to communicate with AutoParts Pro regarding issues are either ignored or consumer is given numerous excuses.  BBB submitted a written request in August 2023 to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.  As of September 1, 2023, BBB has had no response from AutoParts Pro.

      I ordered a motor for my 2009 acura MDX on March 21st and never received it. I paid $2,220.62 for it with my debit card. I was promised to receive it within 8-9 business days. When I didn't receive the motor I called them back and was told that that motor had been damaged. At that point they told me that they would send me a new motor that I would receive in 10 business days guaranteed. I call back after I did not receive my motor and they told me that the motor was stuck in ***********. I live in Monroe *********. They then promised that I would receive my motor within 5 days guaranteed or they would just refund my money. Every since then I have been calling and all I have been doing is getting a run around. They have lied repeatedly I mean repeatedly saying that they would call me back that their customer service team was on the job. They give me different numbers to call and all I get is voicemail. So far I've contacted numbers in ********** ******* ******** and a number in *****. All I want is my refund. I am going to upload my invoice and also a screenshot of emails that have been sent. Upgrade it to alkin contact the right people for me thank you.

      On March 10 th 2023 I ordered a taillight for our **** car . They took our credit card info and charged our card . I have been calling several times to see when we will receive our order . Heard many excuses , they got a damaged part , carrier couldnt pick up the part , part is lost . Now nobody will return my call . I was put on hold and no one answers . . They have broken all of their promises to deliver the part .

      Ordered a transmission from this company for a **** GMC truck. They gave me an invoice and shows my dad's card number on it, but he didn't have enough money in his account to pay for it so I paid for the transmission with my debit card. I paid $1790.31 for the transmission. Any time that we call to check to see when the transmission will be delivered, we are sent to voicemail and hung up on. Someone does answer the phone call at times and then sends us to *******. I doubt that is her name.This company is doing business as Auto Parts Squared, Junkyard Parts LLC, and Auto Parts Pro. I want a full refund for the transmission that was ordered and never received.

      I ordered a 4.7L engine for a Dodge **** on November 10th 2022. Was told it would be sent within 8-9 business days. After 11 business days I began calling asking for the status of the shipment. Was told there was no tracking number even though I was told I would receive one. Between November 28th and December 12th I was told 6 different delivery dates, none of which turned out to be true.On December 16th I was finally provided a tracking number just to see my tracking history and find out my motor did not ship until December 14th. So I was repeatedly lied to by the company I ordered from. As of December 27th, nobody seems to know where my motor is. I requested a refund on December 22nd and was told I would have to pay for one-way shipping as well as a 30% restock fee. I was also then told my one-way delivery fee was just under $900. Which is double the amount I was told it would cost to ship when I first ordered the motor. So of the $2276.25 I paid, I would end up receiving a refund of less than $700.This company is a scam. They sell you a product, then they don't ship it. Then when you get ****** and want a refund they get over half of what you paid them without ever having to even ship you a product. They spend no money and make all of yours. They have lied to me from the beginning, and I believe it was for the sole purpose of scamming me out of my money. The people involved in this business should not be allowed to conduct business in the Unite States.I want a complete refund. I do not care if they have to "pay the shipment costs" because I am not convinced it is going to be the product I ordered based on other peoples experiences.

      I was searching for a used transmission and input my information in concerning the vehicle. Several minutes later, some who indicated their name was ******************* called me stating he had the part in stock with 16k miles on it and it was ready to be shipped. Approximately 3 days later I called to ensure the transmission was the correct one and at that time signed the fake invoice and paid **** for the part in full. To date neither *********** sure wasnt his real name nor his customer service fake partner ******** answers the phone. And needless to say I have yet to receive the transmission. Once I called and she gave me the slip saying the part shipped on 2 fridays ago. I feel helpless that people are allowed to take advantage of others in this manner.

      I purchased a transmission from the company, manger *****************. This was September, 13, 2022. He promised me it would be there within 8 to 9 Days. I emailed them for a refund, my transmission was never sent to my mechanics shop. I spend ******. $, when I call them now, they shoot me straight to voice mail. They also gave me a fake invoice,& a fake bol. They said R&L carrier picked it up on September,30,2022 & said the *** time was October,6,2022
