On 2-13-2023 I returned a brand new turbo for a 14 liter Detroit 60 series which was defective.The president refuses to return my money or replace the part saying that he is not responsible for the warranty the manufacturer is even though I bought the $1800 dollar part at his store,and the receipt clearly stated that I have a warranty and all parts returned must be accompanied with a receipt.I provided the receipt and one of his staff clearly agreed that the part is defective and attempted to return my money because they had no replacement.This store purchases defective parts for discount prices and refuses to honor their own return policy I'm loosing $1500 per day plus the shop fees to put this defective turbo on and remove it and replace it .I requested that the store exchange it.I was told I had to buy another from them and they would send it back to distributor and the distributor would determine if my money will be refunded,contrary to the written return policy on their receipts and online postingBusiness response

This issue has been resolved. The customer received a full refund on 2/16 $1,813.19 which was Fed Ex overnight to him and was signed for by him when he received it, and has since cleared the bank.
