  Date of Issue: April 23, 2024 Mr. **** Service LLC, ****** owner, agreed to come to my house to quote me on removing 5 stomps left after cutting down five bushes. He quoted me $300 and returned that afternoon around 4:30PM with his worker to dig up the stomps. I was very specific with ****** to not cover the holes after removing the stomps and he agreed. ****** left the worker to do the job. Upon completion the worker ask for the $300. Before I paid him I said to him you were suppose to leave the holes open for me to plant my tree. The worker was silent as if he was ignoring me. I repeated my statement thinking that he would open the holes and he didn't but ignored me again. I said to him maybe the land is still soft and I can dig the holes to plant my Italian Cypress tree and again he ignored me. I then Zelled him the money while he was standing there and he pointed to his shirt with his phone # for ***** and then he left. I immediately got my shovel to plant my tree only to find that the stomp was still there and the other four stomps are still there. I called ******'s phone immediately and no response so I left a voicemail and a text. I called again today and no response. I dialed again and supposedly his brother answered his cell phone and said I will have my brother call you. So far they have ghosted **** am 69 years old and I feel like they took advantage of me and have disappeared. I need to get my Italian Cypress tree planted asap. This tree was mailed to me from ********** and I have it in a large planter for now. I need Mr. **** Service to resolve this issue or give me a refund so I can pay someone else to handle my issue.

  Paid vendor on April 23, 2024 for labor in removing 5 tree/**** stomps

  Found vendor on the Better Business Bureau site and it showed the company to have an A+ rating.
