The customer service is horrible. My order sat for almost a week with no movement. Payment was taken right away. I reached out and never received a response. The shipping is delayed. It was sent via USPS. The pictures all look rushed like they were there just for money. They didn't make sure uniforms looked good. Overall the pictures looked rushed online, I'm leary on how they will look when i receive them.

She charges a lot for shipping ita coming through USPS ...the pictures look rushed but unfortunately that's all my sons school offers. I'm hoping for other options with other sports I simply responded to her review with factual information. The timeline listed from our software proves the order did not sit for a week and I explained our staff had a death in the family last Monday when customer emailed and our remaining staff had not yet caught up with her email from that computer. She has the tracking number that was sent to her when her order left our lab. She lives in Georgia so it will take longer for the package to reach her than people locally in this business area. If you know we use USPS then you must have received the tracking number via email. Your false review of the order sitting for a while is misleading when clearly it was filled within 24 hours to our lab. It is shipped directly to you rather than it being stuffed in a backpack on its way home from school. Most customers have appreciated that. However, your order is being shipped to Georgia so it takes a little longer to reach you than if you lived here locally. We answer voicemails and emails Tuesday-Friday every week and have no record of one from you until Monday Jan. 30, 2023. Unfortunately, the person managing that email account was out all week due to a death in the family and the rest of us had not responded to emails from her account yet. Most customers call to inquire if we have missed responding in email in the event that we could be dealing with something more important in life than shipping. I would hope the rest of your 211 ****** reviews have more factual and realistic information than this one. I will gladly refund her $21 because harassment and false accusations from a first time customer states away whom never gave us the chance to speak before writing a review is not worth it when dealing with real life situations like death.

I stand corrected. One of my staff informed me that she did respond to customer's email inquiry on Jan. 31, 2023 and again on Feb.6, 2023. It is possible the emails went to her spam. However, our first response was within 24 hours of her only email on Jan. 30th. So to claim her order sat for a week and she received no response if false. Both were addressed within a 24 hour period. We never received a phone call from her to receive any other information. Also, we are hired to photograph the athletes not dress them. Most of the uniforms were to large for the young jr. high boys but that is beyond our control. I have refunded her $21.65 payment and she can have the print for free because I no longer wish to deal with such harassment. Why write a review if you haven't even spoken to the business.
