THE CONCRETE WAS REPLACED AND NEW ADDITION WAS DONE TO THE ***** AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE AUGUST 18TH THERE WAS NO SPRINKLERS OPERATING WHEN I CONTACTED SPRINKLER REPAIR MAN STATED THAT THE WIRES WERE CUT DURING THE CONCRETE INSTILLATION AND THAT IS NOW COSTING ME 1500$ MESSAGED HIM ABOUT THIS IS DIRECTLY DUE TO HIS NEGLIGENCE NO RESPONSE.Business response

We hired JR & R Concrete and Asphalt to replace our driveway. When we were talking terms, we were promised a warranty and coverage for any issues for the lifetime of the driveway. The driveway was laid on Sep 29th, 2021. After the work was finished, we were never given the promised warranty letter. Then within 2 weeks, cracks started appearing, at first contact we were told they were hairline cracks and to be expected, but the cracks started widening in another couple of weeks. We had a couple of other people in the business look at it and they confirmed that it was poor quality work and needs to be redone. Upon contacting Mr.John *****, we were told that he got a bad batch of concrete and he would work with Big D company to fix it, and that he would come and look at the cracks the next day. Mr.***** never showed up to look at his botched-up job, he now has told us that he will not fix the issue.Business response

I apologize you were not satisfied with the quality of service you received. JR&R takes pride in the services provided. We dont typically send a warranty letter, however, we warranty large cracks. I contracted John in October 2021 for residential walk way and side walk way job. John stated that he was the most experienced and held positive reviews on several websites. John assured us that his quality of work was "over and above", plus "we would have nothing to worry about. However, after the work started there were issues that arose when the work started. 1. He instructed one of is crewmen to raise my french drain up 8 inches making it flush, which in-turn caused water to settle creating a flood hazard. I mentioned it to him and he stated, "Oh, it was too low, I am a professional and I know what I am doing. 2. John lowered the original height of the concrete poured on the side of my house and angled it so the water would run toward the home and down to the driveway causing a flood hazard in my garage. When I brought this to his attention, John basically gaslighted me and dismissed my concerns making me feel like I was being a busy body. 3. The front door walk-up, is not straight. I brought this to his attention when they poured the concrete and even when it was drying. Sooo.. now I have this very poorly poured concrete. 4. The concrete is starting to crack and it has maybe been a month. I called Mr. ***** and tried to tell him about the issues that i verified with 2 plumbing companies and a foundation company that added french drains to my home. Well... Mr. ***** basically cursed me out on the phone. NO Sir. And what makes it even worse. I am not the only customer who has had a bad experience with his company. There are quite a few. The complaints stem from poor workmanship, poor quality material, no accountability when he has been addressed with poor workmanship. There are quite a few. I am seeking a full refund so I can fix this poor workmanship. Plus his compnay has created a flood issued that I now have to correc due to his incompetence in the total amount of $ 6950.00Business response
