We had new indoor and outdoor air conditioner put in. They said it hey built a new plenum to get more air to bedroom. After a year we had them come out and do a tuneup. After that we didn't get much air in our trailer house. ( we replaced outside from vinyl to metal siding) when we removed skirting to replace we felt cold air coming from underneath. I crawled under house discover big hole. Taped it up myself and immediately called A1 Air, they sent tech out, he said it was faulty workmanship. They set up appointment for team to come out and fix. When he showed up said he would have to order materials. Tried calling many times got the runaround. No one has responded since July. I have it financed thru another company so I must pay to keep from ruining my credit.Business response
