The owner, Rodney, is selling faulty products.. especially any type of vape there. I chose this place and frequent here because it's black owned but it saddens me that this guy customer service is horrible. He wouldn't replace a vape I bought at his shop. When I bought it, I told the clerk, right then, that it wasn't working. She told me that sometimes you have to charge it and to charge it for 30 minutes. I went home and did just that and it still didn't work. Then I tried charging it for 10 minutes and still nothing. Then I left it on the charger overnight. The next day it still didn't work. I took it back and told them that I charged it overnight and it's still not working. He said because I left it on the charger that I burned it out and that they recommend that you only charge it for 30 minutes. But the vape never worked in the first place. And no where on their advertisement does the company say that. So he just making up things, basically. Other shops replace their products that are faulty... as everyone supposed to. I bought some disposable vapes from here before that didn't work and the clerk would right then replace it, but he was never there.Business response

But we do our very best to educate our customers that aren't as knowledgeable with the vapes so that they want have to experience the vapes being over charged or whatever that will cause an issue with anything.... I'm not sure where you purchased your vape from but there's not any one that works in our stores by the name of Rodney nor is my name Rodney. in fact 90 percent of the time I'm never in Dallas. I have businesses out side of the State so I wouldn't have been the guy that you spoke to not to mention these Last several months I've been extremely busy out of the state. again apologize but I wasn't the guy that ignored your concern. Your clerks remember the incident.
