Used this company because I had used them in the past. Their customer service has taken a dive ! Got an estimate for $2850 - they didn't tell me they added tax at the end - another $250 - then wanted to add another $60 because I was using a credit card - all hidden fees at the time of the estimate. I called to tell them I had a few things broken and when the person called to "come see" he basically told me they were not going to be responsible - so why bother coming and wasting more of my time ? I had a broken gate latch to where my gate door will not stay closed so my dogs escaped. I have a $350 fountain broken that was a anniversary gift from my husband. Also a broken decorative mirror that was afixed to the fence. Nobody said a word about these items at the time they were doing the work. Also they left my yard in a shambles - they were supposed to cut the logs down enough for us to stack for firewood. Now I need to hire another person with a chainsaw because these logs were left in a pile and a giant couldn't pick them up. Usually I say - don't go with the cheapest - you get what you pay for - but I could have saved myself $600 by going with a cheaper company and gotten the same crappy work and broken stuff !!!!
