I went to go buy a used car from this dealership and we had agreed upon $1000 down. When I was signing paper work she changed it to $2000 and said i could make payments on the rest of the $1000 down. A few weeks go by and i stayed in contact about when i could make a payment on the rest of the down payment. On Tuesday 4/9/2024 she told me to bring the vehicle back up to the dealership and that i could pick it back up on Friday 4/12/2024.. I was initially weary of this but she informed me over text that everything was fine and the car was still in my name and that i can for sure get it Friday when i had $500 to pay. I agreed to bring the car up there after i got off work that day. She proceeded to send people to my job to pick up the car and harass the front desk receptionist and speed through the parking lot at my job. She stopped answering my messages and phone calls until they had ended up towing the vehicle away. As soon as she got the vehicle on the tow truck she told me i was a liar and that the vehicle was being repossessed and she wouldn't give me any other option to get it back. I even offered to pay the $500 on 4/9/2024 instead of 4/12/2024. I asked if she would give me my $1000 back and she said no and that she would call the police on me if i continued on ask about it.
